Five stars for Sorrento Restaurant. The food was genuinely high quality, real food made with care & full of flavour. Everything tasted fresh, well prepared, & satisfying. The service was just as impressive. The servers were quick, responsive, kind, & compassionate, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was also amazing, with great music & such good vibes throughout. Sorrento is the kind of place that makes you want to come back.

The staff were super friendly, always smiling, & made us feel so welcome. The service was fast & outstanding. It's a great spot for families & special occasions. Expérience parfaite, du début à la fin. Nous étions un groupe de près de 30 personnes, incluant plusieurs enfants. Le service était exceptionnel & les plats offerts sur le menu de groupe, tous délicieux ! Un gros merci
Nous étions un grand groupe avec des adultes, enfants & ados & le service a été impeccable. Les deux jeunes serveurs étaient gentils, courtois, efficaces & patients, malgré la bougeotte de tous! La nourriture était savoureuse, tout le monde était ravi, petits & grands! Je recommande!
Anniversaire avec un groupe.
J'ai dû demander que les seuls 4 enfants de l'endroit mange avant. J'ai dû demander que les enfants ai leur breuvage & dessert 2h après avoir été servi.
Au moment du paiement leur machine on fait défaut ce qui a causer un gros malentendu qu'ils ont gérer en nous disant qu'on comprenait rien , qu'on devait repayer & que notre banque allait nous rembourser dans 1 semaine.
Finalement une 3e personne a confirmer que nous pouvions quitter en lui montrant la preuve de paiement. La seule nourriture qui était chaude & bonne était les Bambino des enfants. Pour le reste froid & très ordinaire. 18$ menu enfant , 41$ menu adulte …
Nous avons été assis 3h de temps pour commander & terminer nos repas.
Une chance qu'on était en famille & que nous avons eu du plaisir entre nous ! Dernière fois que nous y allons !

Resto style delicatessen. Accueil ordinaire, air bête pour nous accompagner à notre table & ouvrir le vin. Bouffe très tiède, presque froide, & juste'correcte'. Resto pas bondé, alors pas de raison, vraiment, je trouve. Soupe sans assaisonnement. Notre serveuse était sympathique, par contre. Les 3 étoiles de service s'appliquent à la moyenne du personnel de la place.
Si vous savez ces quoi un bon restaurant italien ne perdez pas votre argent! La nourriture est bas de gamme qui est qualité cafétéria & le service est correct sans plus! Ark la salle de bain femme est vraiment très mal entretenue & en revenant pour aller à la table j'ai aperçu un homme se remonter le nez de la paume & replonger sa main dans le sac a pain!!! Première & dernière expérience
I've been a regular for a while, & I'm amazed at how much the quality has improved!
Everyone at Sorrento knows very well how to make you feel home & you can tell the chef puts heart into every plate.

Nous étions un groupe d'environ 25 personnes dans une salle à part. La majorité de notre groupe, ont été très satisfait de leur repas !! Les repas étaient goûteux & chauds . Le personnel à l'écoute & très courtois ! & malgré avoir dépassé un peu l'horaire, jamais on nous a fait sentir qu'il était temps de quitter , je vous le recommande sans hésiter !!!!
UPDATE - i think the recent change in ownership put this place way down on my go to list. they have gone from high to bottom of the list. i see recent reviews tend to be on the critical side. the previous owner knew what he was doing.... this one, well
Ordered a rare roast beef after the server confirmed they had rare. But i was served an overcooked, underwhelming piece that was not just not rare, but well done. I was surprised that they would think that a guest would accept that. I guess some might, but they should not, ever, accept type of disservice. It is disrespectful. Really.
I have read the recent reviews & notice a pattern of very positive ones after the recent change in ownership. I also never believed Kennedy was killed by a magic bullet.
I just call it as I see it.
