We enjoyed a family dinner (with kids) & every dish was exceptional: salad, Greek & margherita pizzas, manicotti. Our drinks were also very well made.

OK... So we had not been to Ital Deli in a few years. There's been a major reno inside. The bar is no longer on the right as you walk in! They've open up the inside beautifully! It looks spacious & still very welcoming. I'll speak to the drinks first -- outstanding. My wife had the Lemonade Ital Deli & I had the Manhattan. We both had a nice glass of red wine afterwards, suggested by our server. We started with an appetizer -- boccala. Oh my. They added French bread with a really nice combo of olive oil & balsamic. We shared a main of Caesar salad & pizza (Porri). Both were fabulous.
But, as much as all that was fantastic & make us look forward to returning was the service. Jessica, our server, as perfect. Attentive, not annoying, great with suggestions. & there was, of course, the incredible young woman, who I'm so embarrassed to say that I did not get her name. She will own this restaurant one day or do whatever she wants. I have never seen anyone so attentive to customers' needs. & full marks for Jessica for mentoring her & the restaurant owner for taking her on. We go out a lot & we're surprised to see how many servers & restaurant owners don't have their'head on a swivel'. Sorry for the lesson in serving, but man, if you're not looking around the restaurant, at the tables, customers, then get out of the serving business. This young woman has all that. She did not stop for one moment. A server headed to a table with their plates, she moved quickly to follow with parmesan (I think, but cheese) & the pepper mill to follow up. She would then clear tables, get other items ready.

Le restaurant était beau & l'ambiance tranquille. Le service s'est bien passé avec une serveuse aimable.
Si la nourriture n'était pas mauvaise, nous l'avons trouvée un peu bourrative (roulés à la saucisse ou cannellonis?) avec des ingrédients qui n'avaient pas toujours beaucoup de goût (la mozzarella notamment) pour le prix des plats... La nourriture ne faisait pas vraiment italienne mais plutôt fusion ce qui reste bien sûr acceptableView more

Tried a couple of beers & pasta, both were spot on! The portion sizes are generous, so you'll definitely leave with a full tummy. The staff is incredibly friendly & keeps the atmosphere light with jokes & laughter throughout your visit. It can get a bit crowded, but the good vibes & great food make it well worth the wait. Première soirée à Mont-Tremblant, ma copine & moi voulions souper dans un restaurant près de notre hôtel & avons opté pour Ita Delli. À notre arrivée, j'ai trouvé l'ambiance chaleureuse & le service de qualité. Cependant, après avoir reçu nos plats respectifs, ma copine a eu des nausées & des douleurs abdominales intenses, ce qui nous a contraints à quitter précipitamment. Pour ma part, j'ai commandé le Via Veneto qui, pour 41 $, se résumait à un simple morceau de veau très sec sur des pâtes insipides & une salade aqueuse. J'en ai été très déçu, d'autant plus que ce prix ne correspondait pas à la qualité du plat, & j'aurais pu préparer des pâtes moi-même, pour un coût moindre & un meilleur goût. De plus, ce n'est que le lendemain que je me suis rendu compte qu'il y avait vraiment un problème avec les pâtes bolognaises de ma copine. En effet, en voulant les réchauffer pour les manger en guise de dîner (nous avions pris un doggy bag), une violente nausée m'a soudainement pris & je n'ai eu d'autre choix que de jeter ce qui restait. Je suis assez déçu de cette expérience & je ne recommanderai pas ce restaurant, bien que j'espère qu'il s'agisse simplement d'un cas isolé.View more
