Had such an enjoyable experience here. It's rare to find a casual restaurant with such good quality & variety of plant-based dishes. My favorite was the Mediterranean curry. The buffet upstairs is key. Plenty of cozy seating downstairs. Highly recommend, especially for vegan & vegetarian diets.
Excellent concept de buffet végé. On y retrouve une grande variété de mets & de salades, ainsi que de desserts. Tout est délicieux. Un peu dispendieux, mais pour moi le prix vaut la peine. Je recommande.

I love this place but price has gone completely out of hand. A few years ago it was (from memory) like 15 or 18$/kg with a mas price set under 20$. Now it's almost 35$/kg, i fill my plate half, mostly salads & a few hot meals, & it costs 20$ without a dessert or a drink, it's nonsense. + they ask for a tip while you serve yourself, you pay at the counter, you prepare your tray yourself, well you do everything yourself, why a tip? come on
Buffet au poids merveilleuse idée pour essayer un peu de tout, tout était absolument délicieux, j'ai pris environ 8 très petite portion de désert qui étaient tous aussi bon les uns que les autres
Le sandwich effiloché bbq était juste DÉLICIEUX ! C’est agréable d’avoir enfin du choix en matière de sandwich sans viande & le goût est au rendez-vous ! Je recommande vivement

J'ai mangé quelques fois chez Végo. Cette fois ci ils m'ont déçu particulièrement, j'ai mangé au petit végo. C'est à dire dans le casse-croute à l'avant. Le burger au tampeh terriyaki était fade & passé dans un four cuisson rapide avec la laitue. Par contre la salade de betteraves était bonne. La tartelette à la citrouille était fade aussi. Le service ordinaire, je n'ai pas mentionné que j'étais étudiant lors de mes deux premiers achats. Ils ont refusé de me faire le rabais étudiant. Pourtant j'y ai dépensé pour plus de 19$ ce qui pour un repas de la qualité que l'on m'a servis était dispendieux. Mes autres visites étaient plus satisfaisantes. Je les complimente pour leur choix mais je mets au défi le gérant de changer l'image que je viens d'avoir de ce restaurant qui pour moi est une demeure une excellente option végétalienne.

Because I’ve only been here twice & tried two different kinds of sandwiches (I will let pictures speak for themselves), I don’t know if the other dishes & desserts are as good. The one thing I know for sure is it is affordable & the quantity & delicious mix of ingredients are filling enough in a good way. Plus, the location on Saint-Denis has an outdoor terrace which is lovely now that summertime is finally here in town!

Bon buffet végé. Nourriture très très fraiche! J'adore y aller & choisir ce que je veux manger sur place! J'y retourne souvent, car j'adore la manière dont il cuisine la bouffe végé!
Si j'ai bien compris les employés ont laisser la banière Commensal pour être indépendant.
Vraiment semblable au Commensal mais en mieux je dirais.
Bouffe délicieuse, beaucoup de variétés & qualité supérieur.
