La nourriture végé est très bonne mais les deux fois où j'y ai été, je me suis sentie pas très bien accueilli/servie, la dernière fois la caissière était particulièrement bête avec moi je trouvais, elle me faisait sentir comme si je la dérengeais en lui demandant où était les napkins ou l'eau...
Les tables étaient un peu sales aussi, pas super bien nettoyées, l'endroit est un peu sombre/viellot le soir, mais ça peut avoir son charme aussi, c'est une ambiance un peu cozy.
En bref, pour la nourriture je recommande, mais pour le service ou l'ambiance, je n'ai pas apprécié ma dernière experience & je ne pense pas y retourner à cause de cela.
Ensuite, à chacuns ses experiences aussi, ça dépends aussi sur qui on tombe quand on y va j'imagine!...
This is a fantastic spot for a hot & cold buffet. Large variety of vegetarian & vegan dishes clearly lableed in French & English. Lots of dessert options as well. Delicious food all around! Will definitely revisit on our next trip ❤?

I found this spot for my family (8 of us) who are all vegetarian. This was an incredible concept because they have a large buffet with all vegetarian & vegan options!
We were blown away. More cities need places like this!
Everyone had a delicious & filling meal. The ambiance was comfortable & allowed everyone to go back for seconds if needed. You weigh your food & pay accordingly so no waste as well. Topped off with coffee to end the meal.
Did not know about this Gem in my neighborhood. Great vegetarian place...I am not vegetarian but enough selections that I can taste a bit of everything. Note it is by weight, soup is not by weight, total was $43 for two people. Was full, did not have room to try desserts...next time. 😜😋😋😋
Have been here twice in as many days & have loved every ounce of what I've eaten (& I've had a lot of ounces in just two visits). Fun, casual ambiance; super friendly staff; a wide range of vegetarian & vegan options across sweet & savory foods. What's not to like?
I really like the variety that this place has. It's all vegetarian/vegan. You can opt for individual meals they have like sandwiches & drinks or you can go for the buffet which charges you per pound of food. My friends & I went for the buffet after practice & it was perfect. The food was warm & we ate enough for the price. My plate was around $17 & I was very full by the end of it. The food is warm & delicious. Some stuff was missing since it was very close to closing but that's ok. I do wish the dessert was included in the price (it's a separate weight fee). The restaurant is big (the buffet is upstairs) so there's enough seating if you go with a group.
It's always nice to add another vegetarian/vegan restaurant to my list of recommendations!

You get to try multiple cusines under one roof as a part of their buffet. Staff was courteous & answered all questions. Must visit for anyone looking for vegetarian food in Montreal.
Notre cantine pour ces quelques jours à Montréal. Personnel professionnel, jus de légumes frais , & buffet végétal & vivant rempli de choix divers & variés pour se régaler à toutes heures. Merci patron !
Excellent restaurant situé à deux pas de la Gare d'autocars de montreal, pratique quand on vient d'arriver après 6h de vol & que l'on veut un menu végé. Superbe endroit ! Avec des plats riches & variés avec beaucoup de choix & surtout délicieux ! Je recommande !

Avec le comptoir, le buffet & les mets préparés à emporter pour la maison pour les soirs de semaine, il y en a pour tous les goûts; & c'est santé, frais, délicieux & abordable. Même sans être végétarien, on ne s'y sent pas privés de quoi que ce soit. Je recommande+++ Longue vie au Végo!

Still our favorite vegetarian restaurants ever! Staff is always nice, the variety is amazing the food is fresh & delicious the ambiance is cozy they have a garden for the summer. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food too. Highly recommended.
A great choice of hot & cold vegetarian & vegan food. You simply choose from the many & varied dishes then pay after your plate of food is weighed. Everything we ate was delicious. We will be back as places like this are rare.
I love this restaurant vegetarian / vegan buffet. It has something for everyone. You pay only for what you weigh in the plate. Or you can have something at the Caffe downstairs.
The staff is very nice but you serve yourself here.
I would totally recommend you to do the experience, especially if you want to try something different.
The desserts are also great. No complaints in all the years I have been a costumer & I keep bringing people to learn about this place.
Check the terrace downstairs outside in summer.

- keep in mind not all the dishes are vegan, but they are clearly labelled
- stuff is very friendly, picks up empty trays & dishes from your hands.
- very good value for money please especially if you are vegan or vegetarian.
Both the café & buffet offer an incredible selection of unique vegetarian dishes, many of which I haven't come across anywhere else in the GTA. The variety & flavors are truly remarkable.
As vegetarians, it's often challenging to find such an extensive range of options, especially in a city like Montreal. However, this place stands out by offering an impressive selection, including many vegan dishes that perfectly suit vegetarian preferences.
I wish I could have tried everything, but my appetite had its limits!
As a vegetarian all my life, I can say with great gastronomic happiness that this is one of most amazing veg places I've been to. Leave side all your notions of classic veg food, & come here to be delighted by the delicious spread of tasty, healthy & nutritious food.
Very good self serve counters with a good variety of vegan & vegetarian choices, hot & cold. Spacious, clean, well set dining areas. Free parking available in the back.
