Our Specialties
An array of vegetarian dishes in the dining room via our buffet or as a quick meal at the "Comptoir Gourmand".
Resto Végo is noted for a broad vegetarian and vegan buffet featuring a mix of local, Indian and Chinese dishes, all described as tasty and well prepared. The by weight concept lets guests choose portions that suit their appetite and pay accordingly, with a wide selection of desserts to finish the meal. The venue is described as cozy and spacious, with clear labeling in French and English and friendly staff. While some experiences mention variability in service or ambiance, the overall impression highlights delicious variety and good value that invites a return.
After multiple visits on the weekend days I noted a distinct lower quality on the hot buffet items I always have. It's disappointing because the consistency of great tasting food is why I go there.
Definitely recommend going during the week.

Did not know about this Gem in my neighborhood. Great vegetarian place...I am not vegetarian but enough selections that I can taste a bit of everything. Note it is by weight, soup is not by weight, total was $43 for two people. Was full, did not have room to try desserts...next time. 😜😋😋😋
I really like the variety that this place has. It's all vegetarian/vegan. You can opt for individual meals they have like sandwiches & drinks or you can go for the buffet which charges you per pound of food. My friends & I went for the buffet after practice & it was perfect. The food was warm & we ate enough for the price. My plate was around $17 & I was very full by the end of it. The food is warm & delicious. Some stuff was missing since it was very close to closing but that's ok. I do wish the dessert was included in the price (it's a separate weight fee). The restaurant is big (the buffet is upstairs) so there's enough seating if you go with a group.
It's always nice to add another vegetarian/vegan restaurant to my list of recommendations!
I love that Resto Vego exists. Prices are very reasonable, loveee the buffet option (pay per weight). Tons of vegan options. Lots of seating areas/options, big & air-y.
Only cons: hot food is sometimes luke-warm, & service is not always very friendly.
Still, recommended!
I love that it is a buffet style; although, it is pay-by-weight. It is a vegetarian restaurant with vegan options. The buffet is above while the cafe is below. They always have delicious options. Definitely would recommend!
self serve buffet where you pay by weight. they had the most options for vegan cakes that i've ever seen! couldn't resist getting 4 slices so we could share & try them all, definitely worth a visit for dessert!

- 2 options: café or self serve by weight buffet - plenty of sitting spots with different vibes - soup, dessert, cold or hot food - choices of beverage: coffee, tea, juice, water, alcohol - self serve iced water - food was made by caucasian people for causasian people: might be bland
Very cool atmosphere!!!! You can grab a dish, it is sold by weight -buffet style, & chill on the first, second or third level. The place is big. All vegetarian, many choices!! The service could be friendlier, but maybe the servers had a bad day.
