Jerk chicken is a beloved dish with a unique blend of spices & flavors. When the preparation falls short, it can be disappointing. The key to great jerk chicken lies in the marinade - a perfect balance of spices, heat, & time to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat. When done right, jerk chicken should be juicy, tender, & bursting with Caribbean flavors. I paid for the food because I understand the work behind it! L'assiette griot (le pikliz 🩷), & le poulet artibonite sont tellement savoureux! Super choix de cocktails. Pour avoir mangé ici plusieurs fois, le seul bémol est que les portions ont diminué & les prix ont pratiquement doublé... Tout de même un excellent service & une ambiance chaleureuse. Fantastic experience here. The portions were generous & the food was fantastic.
