Resto Keela earns widespread praise for its welcoming vibe and consistently excellent food. Signature dishes like the octopus, celery root carpaccio, salmon tartare, and the rib or filet mignon are repeatedly highlighted, and oysters on Tuesdays are a particular favorite. The menu is described as creative and well paced, with breads, beignets for dessert, and flavorful sides adding to the experience. Service is often described as friendly and attentive, and the staff create a lively yet homey atmosphere, though a few reviews note slower service when the restaurant is crowded. Cocktails and wine receive strong praise for variety and quality. Prices are sometimes seen as high, but many feel the quality and overall experience justify the cost. It is described as a hidden gem in the Village and a top pick for return visits. A few remarks mention accessibility issues or occasional hiccups in service when busy.
La nourriture est tout simplement exceptionnelle ! En passant par le burger, le pain maison, la longe de porc ou les crevettes... Tout est délicieux ! C'était ma deuxième visite & certainement pas la dernière ! Merci !
Highly recommend! The staff was so nice & accommodating for our last minute reservations with a party of 7 on a Saturday night. Food, service & atmosphere was beyond our expectations, we were super happy with everything! Still talking about the food a few days later! Will try it again on our next visit!
This is my second time here & it's always a delight. The food is delicious (albeit a tiny bit over salted) & the portions do feel aligned with the pricing. What makes this place a standout is the service & atmosphere. They're always attentive & prompt. It's an intimate restaurant that makes you feel like you're entering a friends home. Will definitely come back!
We celebrated valentines as a family & the food was amazing. The oysters sweet & fresh, the Marguerita pizza was my kids favourite. We had lobster & the it is the first time I love it! The hamburger was excellent & the artichokes were a pleasant surprise. The beef tartare was ok & the chocolate mousse was the bomb! All a tiny bit on the salty side but excellent nonetheless. Service was good & music was cool. Will recommend & visit many more times.

Même si bien sympathique, même si le café a été gratuit car oublié, notre serveur était lunatique ou trop occupé ailleurs. Nous avons cependant très bien mangé & l'ambiance était agréable.
Had a lovely time here! The food was absolutely incredible, celery root carpaccio on point, a lovely tartare, the piri piri flat bread was absolutely delicious & the shrimp were perfect. Kristen's wine recommendation hit the mark (a funky yet approachable Mencia from Portugal) & the hospitality & service were outstanding. Truly a gem in Montreal! Thank you so much for a fantastic experience!
Harland ( excuse the spelling) was A1 from the moment we walked in until we walked out, impeccable service & special shoutout to the shrimp appetizer the sauce that came with it was delicious & the shrimps were cooked well not chewy at all just perfect texture, & the steak cooked just how i like it! all in all a very good experience will definitely recommend & come back
