We had such a wonderful time at Zoelle. Nelson, the manager, truly elevated our visit, he took the time to share the owner's background & explain the concept behind the restaurant, which made the whole experience feel even more special.
The food was absolutely delicious, the bar was spotless & inviting, & the entire restaurant is simply beautiful. They're also open for lunch now at very reasonable prices, which is a great bonus.
Another plus: there's valet parking available at the Sheraton right next door, which makes the whole outing even more convenient.
& I have to mention the espresso martini… easily one of the best I've had. 😍

Bel accueil, très beau décor, belle vibe musicale avec un DJ juste bien dosé afin de nous permettre de discuter. Menu surprenant où on retrouve des influences méditerranéennes & grecques ainsi qu'un bar à sushis. Les serveurs nous informent bien de l'histoire du restaurant & du parcours de son propriétaire crétois. Belle attention du propriétaire qui prends la peine de se présenter à ses clients. My fiancé & I held our engagement party at this restaurant, & we couldn't have chosen a better venue. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. We reserved the entire second floor, which came with a private bar & bathroom, creating an intimate & special evening.
The staff's teamwork & friendliness made our night completely stress-free. Our servers, Nelson & Elenor, went above & beyond, setting up our table beautifully with flowers & providing exceptional service throughout the night.
On top of the stunning venue & incredible staff, the food was unforgettable. The fried calamari, fresh tartares, & the braised beef were especially popular with our guests & tasted amazing.
We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly memorable 5-star experience. We can't thank the staff at Zoelle enough!

I enjoy the atmosphere of this restaurant. I've tried their sushi, which is delicious & unique, & I love their cocktails, which are authentic. However, sometimes the staff forgets about orders, especially during peak hours, which is understandable. However, they also don't seem to care about orders at the bar upstairs & will say they don't have something when they don't. For example, I asked for the fruitie mocktail at upstairs bar & they said we don't have it, but when I went downstairs to the bar, they gave me a delicious mocktail made with passionfruit. They could at least guide me downstairs.
Très beau restaurant! L'hôtesse est toujours souriante & le barman est très serviable! Je recommande si vous cherchez un endroit pour boire un verre entre amis.
Great time! Restaurant was absolutely stunning. Went for a mother/daughter evening out & was fantastic! Food was delicious & Olivier our bartender took amazing care of us. Would go back again in a heartbeat. One surprise was the music playing in background, it was the perfect pitch & created a whole vibe that was just perfect. Will come back next time we visit Montreal.
OMG. I heard about this restaurant from a tiktok user who lives in Montreal. She recommended this place for a date night. I gotta say, the food here is amazing. My wife & I started with sushi & sashimi. They were nothing I had ever tried before. They hit all your taste buds. Afterward, I tried the beef short rib, & my wife tried the calamari.
The beef was very soft. Like melt in your mouth soft. You don't need a lot of chewing. I'm not a Calamari fan, but I tried a couple of pieces from my wife. They were actually really good.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful. Music isn't too loud, The bar is very well stocked.
I highly recommend anyone to try this place out.

J'ai mangé au bar avec une amie & nous avons été servies par Steve, qui a offert un service exceptionnel du début à la fin. La soirée a été mémorable !
La nourriture est délicieuse - nous avons goûté à plusieurs plats & tout était parfait. Les cocktails sont également excellents, surtout celui au concombre qui est à essayer absolument !
En prime, ils diffusent les matchs des Canadiens au 2e étage.
Un endroit parfait, autant pour bien manger que pour passer une belle soirée. C'est officiel, je vais devenir une habituée !
I went to Restaurant ZOËLLE on Feb 16th for my 7 year Anniversary which always falls on Valentines Day dinner menus.
At first glance your like woow...Great Bar .
Then the fun began...looking at what to eat.We had two starters.Buratta with fresh tomatoes & the best calamari EVER! Then we couldn't decide on our main sides so we ordered Filet mignon ( the meat was cooked medium & was delicious.I've still salavating!) We also had the 4 large garlic shrimp in a garlic with parsley infused oil...omg! Sooooo Fresh & not overcooked.It was crunchy & very flavourful.We also took a side of thousand layered potatoes...sprinkled with sea salt..love love.Lastly for the veg component we have brocolini in a tahini sauce accompanied by a tangy yogurt minty sauce.An abundance of Mediterranean flavors in your mouth...oh & I almost forgot the sprinkle of toasted pine nuts.It all complimented together.For dessert....oh my that dessert has got to be the best dessert I've ever had in a restaurant.It was a baklava Mille feuille with pistachio filling.I swear this dessert was so good that I almost asked for a second one...to take home lol.
The service was excellent.They have a good selection of wine.Our drinks were tastey & well boozed!
The owner Steve made his rounds & took the time to chat with us.I appreciated this.It shows that he truly cares about quality & customer satisfaction.
I highly recommend this place for date night, business meeting, girls night.

Classy restaurant with great lighting & decor. I got great service by Roxanne at the bar & Steve the owner makes sure everything is just right. The official launch will be in the next 2 weeks but so far wow. Spicy tuna rolls are to die for, & the wine selection is excellent. For a restaurant of this caliber it's affordable. I highly recommend

Je suis mitigé. L'endroit est jolie & très class. La nourriture était bonne, rien à redire. Mais le service est plutôt lamentable. Nous étions au bar samedi soir dernier & notre serveur Goolam nous a servi. Il nous a peine adressé la parole du bout des lèvres nous demandait si tout était ok sans plus. Pas de sourire, pas d'accueil. Il n'avait pas l'air d'avoir envie d'être là & n'était pas capable de s'exprimer en français comme c'est de plus en plus le cas à Montréal. L'endroit était vide mais c'est toujours comme ça en janvier donc rien d'alarmant. Je reviendrais si le service s'améliorait. Un service plus courtois, souriant, & amicale nous fait toujours passer une plus agréable soirée. A suivre… je sais que parfois le personnel peut être difficile à trouver. Je leur souhaite une belle continuation car la nourriture & l'endroit mérite d'être connu tout de même. Je pense que les touristes apprécieront également. L'emplacement fait très « business ».
