Le chef est venu nous voir à table pour savoir si on aimait. J'y retournerai c'est sûr!View more
Beautiful place to enjoy a great meal (lamb was delicious & the salmon tartare amazing), great cocktails along with the perfect ambiance & music! Didn't get to stay until the place turns into the club vibe but heard the party went on so next time I'm staying! Our host Wally Valentino was attentive to every details on making sure our evening at Restaurant Sauvage was perfect & it was!View more
View more
We had an incredible experience here. We chose the Hunter menu, but since I can't have dairy, they modified my menu with some things off their vegan menu. Everything was outstanding. My husband was blown away by their uni butter. I loved their vegan potatoes. We both felt that their tartare was the best we've had in Alberta. Everything, even the palette cleanser, felt so special & meticulously thought out. Very unique, not just the food itself, but the experience. I can't recommend this place enough!View more
I was at Sauvage for dinner on Saturday in the Green room. It was very elegant & more private. The employees in the Green room were very friendly & knowledgeable of the menu & cocktails. The food was delicious. I had the Mezze starter & it was very tasty. I also had the salmon tartare with fries which I believe were sprinkled with paprika. The portion was very good but most important is that the food had flavor. My friend had the roasted chicken. The thing with chicken is that it can be overcooked & it becomes dry. Not at Sauvage, the chicken was perfectly cooked & juicy. After diner, we went upstairs to dance the night away. I strongly recommend the food & the Green room.View more
First time at Sauvage. The food was amazing. I am not a fan of mushrooms, but the mushroom toast....OMG, it was amazing. My main was the salmon tartare & it was a huge portion which made me happy since it's often tiny. It was one of the best tartare I've had. Let me not forget to mention the paprika fries 😆😆😆 delicious 😋. It's a great place!View more
Thursday night out & it was a special event. The restaurant was introducing their new tasting menu. Which was delicious. We ordered the Cesar salad, grilled scallops, grilled octopus, beef tataki, salmon tartare, mushrooms toast & fries. The size portion was perfect for a party of 3. Not too big & not too small. The two floors were full. Nice ambiance. Good service. Parking was not too bad. Thank you Aldo & the crew for this lovely evening.View more
Excellent staff, drinks & ambiance! Mais sur un groupe de 9 personnes, peu ont bien mangé. Tartare, sliders pas très bon
