On Friday Feb 13 2025 I ordered the scallop appetizer & they were cooked to perfection, tasty with a savoury cream sauce for dipping & so delicious with the crusty bread. 😋 I then ordered the seafood linguine platter which was a generous portion of homemade pasta in a creamyAlfredo sauce garnished with fresh clams cooked to perfection, fresh shrimps that made my taste buds dance with unexpected texture & flavour that made me say 'Oh wow' & a delicious 6oz lobster tail topping the pasta. The cook on the pasta was al dente, perfect as everything else. The staff was attentive & friendly, the restaurant decor simple & elegant, while classic Italian opera songs played in a most pleasing & relaxing ambiance version. My friend also enjoyed her order of steak so much that she ate the whole 17-oz & surprised herself leaving nothing on her plate! There's so much more good to say! We were happy with our first experience there & I would certainly go again.
The pistachio pasta is excellent & so was the seafood. Beef bavette was nice as well. But their cheese cake was not good & I mentioned it to the waiter.
The staff are rapid & professional. Also the owner was present both times to oversee the service. Very nice & polite man.
The custom wine glasses are a beautiful touch but I wish they'd replace the Modello water glasses since the logo is fading.

One of the best restaurant up to date. Better than the French resto tbh. I'm a bit surprised because didn't find any good Italian resto until this one. Each meat is cook to perfection. Tender, juicy & flavorful. The Lamb, the rabbit with the veggies & mash potatoes plus the pasta was amazing! You never tried real pasta if you didn't try this place first. Drinks are affordable & generous. The owner is really chill & payback too. Unlimited bread with focaccia. 🤤 It's so good. Don't eat too much or else you don't finish the main meal.
We had such an amazing experience at Pulcinella. We started with the charcuterie & cheese platter, & the second I saw the merlot cheese on the board, I knew we were in for something special. Everything was delicious. For mains, I had the braised beef & it was incredible - tender, juicy, & literally falling off the bone. My friend had the pesto pasta, cooked to perfection & super creamy. The service was just as impressive. The staff had great energy, were friendly & inviting, & our server was so sweet & knew the menu inside out. Overall, what an amazing spot. Definitely a hidden gem in Montréal. I'd go back in a heartbeat & would recommend. Thank you for having me :)
There is a reason why they have 5 stars in Google map. When I sat down, there is another customer, who is a friendly old lady, telling me the Pappardelle Champignons is OUT OF THIS WORLD, & YES it IS!!!!!! It is literally the best pasta I have ever had!
This is our favorite restaurant in Montreal. The food is always delicious & never disappoints. They make their own pasta & all of them taste amazing. My favorite is the Rigatoni with pesto. The tartare I had last night was so good. My husband loves the short rib. Definitely the best in our city. The service is always excellent. The owners cater to your needs & they are very friendly. Finally , parking is a breeze. We always find a spot.

Upbeat modern setting in Little Italy of Montreal. Every veggie is fresh from the Marche' Jean Talon (farmers market) where they glow & are aromatic with freshness.
Split the veal & linguine with rose sauce to have meat & pasta. Comfort food qui.
The service, the food, the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for & more! Such personalized service, the house made pasta & sauce made us want to lick our plates! The braised beef melted in our mouths! The cappuccino & tiramisu topped it all of perfectly! This is a must in Little Italy in Montreal.

Pulcinella is a great spot for anyone looking for a relaxed meal with excellent homemade pasta. The atmosphere is comfortable & unpretentious, & the food is clearly made with care-especially the pasta, which is fresh & full of flavor. It's just a 3-minute walk from Jean-Talon station, which connects to both the blue & orange metro lines. Definitely worth the short ride from the convention center. It was the best meal I had while in town for a conference at the Palais des congrès.
Found this place randomly on Google Maps & noticed it had a 5.0 rating - had to check it out. We came for an early dinner & ordered the Caesar salad & octopus to start, then had the seafood pasta & beef pasta. Both were tasty, but we especially liked the seafood pasta - super refreshing & perfect for summer. Service was friendly, & the place has a nice cozy vibe. Glad we stumbled upon it!
We hosted my daughter's Communion & Confirmation party at Pulcinella, & it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food was incredible! The pistachio pasta was rich & flavorful, & the braised lamb was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Every single guest was raving about the meal.
The service was top-notch, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. A huge shoutout to Ralph-the most amazing host! He went above & beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of & made us feel like family. Our guests are still raving about the experience. Thank you, Pulcinella, for making such a special day even more unforgettable!

An Italian restaurant like no other in Montreal! Every dish was prepared with utmost attention from the appetizers to the mains to the sides on the plate. Octopus, one the best I have had! Signature Pistachio Pasta is one of a kind! Rabbit absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back & try the surf & turf & their meats from their Master Griller.
Pulcinella is a must-visit for Italian food lovers! The burrata was absolutely to die for - so creamy & fresh. The pappardelle mushroom pasta was perfection, with rich, earthy flavors that left us wanting more. To top it off, the drinks were super tasty & paired perfectly with the meal. The warm atmosphere & attention to detail made the experience even better. If you're craving authentic Italian cuisine, this is the place to go. We'll definitely be back!
The food was amazing! Eddy & Ralph make you feel right at home. They always accommodate my food preferences. Highly recommend this gem. Try the seafood pasta, octopus & / or salmon tartare are my favorites. I love that as you sit down they bring you some foods to snack on. Finally, I've never had trouble with parking!
Discovered this utter gem near Jean Talon Market last night. Exquisite entrée of grilled octopus followed by a fresh pasta dish of mushroom tagliatelle that I cannot stop raving about! Dessert was probably the best tiramisu I've ever had & a perfect cappuccino. Wine list is lovely & not too contrived or confusing. & service? Absolutely hands-down spot-on. Highly recommend this little eatery, but make reservations because it was -understandably- packed on a Friday evening.
