Everything was great. I had fish ball, Kor Moo Yang & Pad sator goong. Kor Moo yang was great, but for the pad sator goong- which is shrimps stir-fried with stink bean, you should consider cause this bean is little bitter. Btw, I love the service here.

Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my visit to Paichai. The service was extremely slow, it took the waitress a good 10-15 minutes to acknowledge us & offer beverage. Then it was an additional 15 to have my glass of wine & maybe 10 more for the server to come back to take our food order. The concept of the restaurant is to select 5-6 plates to share with your group. The plates were good. While we received our last plate the server told us that we need to settle our bill & leave as they need the table. That's when we learned that the reservation are for a 2h period. This would have been a nice information to learn before we order or during our diner so we could have speed up the process. As a good restaurant experience is as much base on the quality of the service as the one of the food I have to say that I'm overall disappointed with my visit there.

It was my first time at Pichai & I hope to go back soon! My favorite dish was the shrimp curry...Lord!! Spicy sweet 🔥 heat 🔥!! The waiter was very helpful as well! Good vibes!! 💖
Encore mieux que le Pumpui, la grande (?) soeur Pichai est une excellente expérience pour un sit-down. La bouffe est très bonne! 2e fois & je recommande à tous. Mention spéciale à Jack pour son super accueil!
The « tasting menu » isn't on the menu but be sure to ask if they offer it that night! You will not regret it if you do, we were so full & for $65 /per person it was an incredible deal. Truly an amazing experience between all the balance of Thai flavours. The only place that I could say is better than my mom's 🤫
Vraiment pas satisfaite de mon dîner à Pichai. Les serveurs étaient hautains & pas vraiment sympathiques avec beaucoup de prétention. La nourriture était ok mais rien de fou avec des petites portions. Le prix n'est pas du tout justifié. Globalement une mauvaise expérience, je n'y retournerai pas.
Be prepared for a pricey, garlicky spicy experience. Authentic Thai plates in a cozy atmosphere. Quality ingredients a bit overpriced. Service is excellent

Bon restaurant! La majorité des plats sont épicés (même lorsque ça n'indique pas que ce l'est) donc ceux qui sont sensibles faire attention! Les vins proposés étaient tous très bons!
This is the best food I have had in my entire life & it doesn't break the bank. It's a finer diner experience, where you order some dishes to share with everyone. We were a group of 4 & ordered 7 (was way too much food, we could've just done 5). Do not sleep on this place it's amazing!!! You will definitely need a reservation

2024: friendly attentive service, was patient while I sampled different wines. Definitely recommend their Pinot Blanc from Alsace. Scallops were good but spicy. Duck yellow curry was delicious. Beef salad was pretty good. Swordfish was okay but the sauce was nice. Thai tea tiramisu was fantastic. Mango pudding was alright, might be better without the grass jelly. Cute decor. My sister enjoyed the music. 2022: Excellent service. Great food.
Une de mes meilleures découvertes restos à Montréal. Attention, tous les plats sont épicés, mais pas nécessairement piquants; la différence est importante. Certaines assiettes vont être bien garnies en herbes fraîches pour assaisonner le tout à notre goût. Jusqu'ici, tout ce que j'y ai mangé est délicieux & il y a une liste des mets différents à chaque semaine. Les personnes qui mangent végé vont adorer autant que les omnivores. Le service est attentif & sympathique, toujours prêt à donner conseil, un gros plus pour passer une belle soirée. Bonus, les vins choisis s'apparient merveilleusement bien avec les plats thaï... Je trouve les vins au verre cependant un peu cher, mais il paraît que quand on aime on ne compte pas, alors.
One of the best meals I've had ever! Service was quick & friendly, the dishes were the perfect size, & every bite was so fresh & flavourful. Do not miss this if you're in Montreal. This meal was such a delight!
I loved the experience! All dishes were super good & tasted authentic. The portions were generous & the prices were fair. We were 5 people, we ordered 6 dishes & 3 desserts & it was more than enough. I truly recommend !!
