Somme toute belle expérience, manque encore un peu de rodage. Gravlax de truite super bon, frites qui manquaient 1@2 minutes de blanchiment, les ravioli manquaient 30 secondes de cuisson mais la farce était absolument incroyable! Bon tartare de boeuf aux artichauts, agneau délicieux aussi & 10/10 pour les desserts! Bravo à toute l'équipe!

Parapluie va rapidement devenir un incontournable à Montréal & mérite votre visite si vous êtes amateurs de belles & bonnes choses ou épicurien. Charmant petit établissement qui est mon coup de coeur pour 2024. Le personnel est hautement compétent & synoptique & le menu d'inspiration française a un mélange de classiques & de curiosité qui me donnent hâte d'y retourner. Je recommande fortement les pétoncles, raviolis, truite & évidemment les frittes maions. RESERVEZ votre place : vous n'allez pas regretter.

Un repas incroyable concocté avec amour par Robin & son équipe. Les plats sont délicieux & l'ambiance est accueillante & chaleureuse. Je vous conseille les raviolis qui sont à se jeter à terre, les oeufs à l'estragon & homard, la truite & l'agneau. La panna cotta est sublime!!!
