I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order.
I pre-ordered several dishes two weeks in advance by phone & clearly specified that no eggs & no nuts should be included due to serious allergy restrictions within my family. Unfortunately, one of the five dishes contained a significant amount of eggs, which was very concerning.
In addition, when I picked up the order, I noticed that the adobo & pancit appeared to be leftovers that had been sitting in the warmer all day. The adobo was excessively fatty, & the pancit contained far more noodles than vegetables & chicken. I was quite shocked, as I did not expect to be given food that had been sitting for such a long time-especially for a pre-ordered meal.
I have been a loyal customer for many years & have always chosen your business for special occasions. Sadly, this experience did not reflect the level of service I have come to expect. This year's service was very disappointing.
I kindly suggest that in the future, you limit the number of orders taken so that quality & customer needs especially allergy-related requests-can be properly respected.

Loved the jackfruit. Next time I had the taro leaves with rice. It was $10 for a big plate of seriously flavourful food & a free sample of the wholesome chicken soup. All the staff are really nice :) they're possibly the only resto open on a Tuesday morning
Stopped by Restaurant Papa after a long bike ride because I was starving-& wow, what a great decision. The food was delicious, fresh, & tasted just like a comforting home-cooked meal. I loved the laid-back vibe: if you're dining in, you eat first, then pay; if it's takeout, you pay upfront-simple & friendly.
The portions are super generous, especially the meat-definitely enough for two people's or perfect to save half for a cozy movie night later. Everything tasted clean & homemade.
& just when I thought lunch couldn't get any better-I ended it with their Etat dessert drink. Light, colorful, & full of surprises, it was the perfect sweet finish after a hearty, home-style meal. Highly recommend saving room for this one!
My meal was phenomenal The service was friendly & quick. I had the 2 dish meal adobo & collard greens & sweet sticky rice in banana leaf for dessert. I will definitly come eat here again
