A varied menu, courteous service and an exceptional quality/price ratio are the main ingredients of Normandin's success.

The love affair between Normandin and Quebecers is as passionate as ever. The success was instantaneous in 1969 when the first Normandin opened in Quebec City's Neufchâtel district. After several expansions, the ever-increasing demand led to the opening of new restaurants, so much so that in 1990, the greater Quebec City area had no less than 19 establishments, all offering dining room, private room, counter and delivery services.

Today, the Normandin network has more than 40 restaurants throughout Quebec and extends from Mont-Joli to Montreal. Still growing, the chain employs more than 2,700 people who are committed to offering the warm and friendly service that is the Normandin way.

Réservation effectuée via le Web n'avait pas été enregistré, mais le personnel a réussi à nous trouver rapidement une place. Le service était très bien également, mais la nourriture laissait à désirer : salade du chef en accompagnement microscopique (un demi-bol environ) & toutes les frites étaient blanchies mais pas cuites (& nous étions 5 personnes). La serveuse a été très gentille & nous avonsd reçu, vers la fin du repas, un bol de frites convenablement cuites.
