A varied menu, courteous service and an exceptional quality/price ratio are the main ingredients of Normandin's success.

The love affair between Normandin and Quebecers is as passionate as ever. The success was instantaneous in 1969 when the first Normandin opened in Quebec City's Neufchâtel district. After several expansions, the ever-increasing demand led to the opening of new restaurants, so much so that in 1990, the greater Quebec City area had no less than 19 establishments, all offering dining room, private room, counter and delivery services.

Today, the Normandin network has more than 40 restaurants throughout Quebec and extends from Mont-Joli to Montreal. Still growing, the chain employs more than 2,700 people who are committed to offering the warm and friendly service that is the Normandin way.

J'avais vécu une mauvaise très mauvaise expérience dans un de leurs restaurants de la région de Québec il y a 2 ans; mes attentes étaient basses, mais j'ai été agréablement surpris du service, de la qualité des produits & de la rapidité du service. Il n'y en a pas dans mon coin, mais je vais y retourner lorsque j'irai à Québec.

Dépendant des jours, la qualité du service est très variable. Deux fois où nous y avons été, le restaurant était plein. Une fois nous avons pu passer commande rapidement & reçu notre repas relativement rapidement considérant l'achalandage. Une autre fois, nous avons obtenu une table &, après 45 minutes, aucune serveuse n'était encore venu nous voir ne serais-ce que pour nous offrir un verre d'eau. Nous avons donc quitté.

Nous aimons beaucoup aller manger chez vous. Les aliments sont de qualités. Très propre. Les serveuses viennent avec un beau sourire. La seule chose .......je trouve que les prix sont excessif. deux 5 plus montent à 30.00 avant le tipe.

Nous recevons un service, " comme chez vous".
Nous nous sentons bienvenue & avons hâte d'y
Retourner. Le menu est bien varié & la qualité des plats
