Le site web n'est pas clair en ce qui concerne les prix etc. L'expérience Thermale ne vaut pas le prix:Pas de collation gratuite, aucune intimité (Quantité de personnes> capacité du site, on dirait une piscine municipale, places au chaud saturé), les gens se collent dans l'eau & tout bref. L'expérience thermal ne sait pas passé comme ce qui m'avait été expliqué (Vos appels sont enregistrés, à vous de voir) Réponse connotation raciste du personnel : D'après ce qui m'a été dit au téléphone, le site disposait d'un très grand bassin ou on a pas à se frotter avec tout le monde mais une fois là-bas j'ai réalisé qu'il s'agissait de 2 petits bassins à température élevée. Après avoir poser une simple question concernant la grandeur des bassin a un membre du staff, celui-ci me répondit : « Nous, ici nous aimons l'intimité » .Qu'est ce que cela veut dire ? Mise à part ça, l'endroit est bien placé & très beau.
Absolutely loved my experience, from the easy online reservation to the check-out at the end of my blissful spa day. Even though there was a crowd, I found that people respected the silence rule, so it didn't feel hectic. Location is beautiful & adds to the Nordic atmosphere. The Strom massage pairs perfectly with the thermal experience. Massotherapist was professional & attentive to my needs. I adored all the saunas, hot & cold baths as well as the relaxation rooms. The restaurant was the cherry on top although a tad pricey, but you definitely get your money's worth. Perfect escapade from the city life without having to go that far. Felt like a million bucks at the end of my spa day. Looking forward to my next visit.
What a fun surprise! I'd never heard of this kind of thing, but it was a low price & a really great experience! We also ate in the restaurant, which was incredible but also expensive, be prepared for that. We paid 80 per person for the spa, & approx 110 for 2 for dinner with one drink. My coworkers are all going after seeing the photos & the price! Amazing, this is an excellent anniversary idea or birthday getaway!
It's one of the best places for spa & relaxation. I like that there is no certain time limit to this place u like other Spas around the city. Something about being in the outdoors just make sit so much better. Really beautiful spa

Correct sans plus. Pas très grand. Cher & annoncent de faux prix (25% en tout temps pour le black friday, donc 63$ affichés) mais refusent de l'appliquer au comptoir si ce n'est pas acheté en ligne. Enfin, on passe outre & c'était pas si mal jusqu'à ce qu'on s'installe tard dans une salle tamisée avec un petit feu. Une madame arrive avec ses amies, commence à commenter bruyamment le thé plusieurs fois & elle s'installe direct devant nous pour lire avec sa lumière blanche d'écran au maximum. Au prix que ça coûte on allait pas là pour se faire forcer des lumières de cell dans la face, on voulait déconnecter. Pas sensé entrer avec des appareils, ils devraient énoncer les règles en rentrant. En sortant ça a pris un bon bout à trouver nos factures de resto & pouvoir quitter. Plus stressée que quand je suis entrée, les autres stroms valent plus la peine. Au moins la tartellette végétale au resto était super bonne!
Should be called Strom Pool Party. I dont know if people just dont know how spas work or if the spa itself is unable to enforce it because I've never had such a loud spa experience. The signage is so small & tucked away & employees do F all to enforce the quiet rule my partner had to tell people to stop talking. We paid to relax we don't want to hear everyones conversation. I could hear the people at the other end of the spa. Everything else was fine, my massage with Svetlana was wonderful I would definitely recommend a massage with her. So it's really a shame that I have to review it like this because the ambiance killed the whole experience.
I enjoy going to the strom, but mostly at the other locations. The one at nun's Island is quite small & busy. It needs to be cleaned more often. Still not that bad if you don't wanna drive far from the city.

Quel accueil chaleureux! Merci à toute l’équipe de m’avoir fait me sentir chez moi 🤗 & quel bonheur de me laisser porter par le cycle des bains chauds puis froids puis de vapeur, cela nourrit mon âme de me donner autant de temps de qualité. & une très belle surprise au restaurant après toute cette expérience, ça donne faim la détente! 😍
