Great spa! Very relaxing & quiet. My only problem was that we were told that we couldn't talk in one of the baths but nobody else was in the bath.

Staff was extremely welcoming both at the reception & at the restaurant. Some improvements can be made such as the overhaul of the robes for instance, we were given overused robes. Ensure that clients keep their voices down (the experience was a noisy one) & a clear sign at the entrance that you need to wait in line inside at the reception depending on your choice of visit. The food was good & the spa experience was good. The bathrooms were clean.

I loved the resto experience, the food was very good. It could use more thermal baths as they do have a tendency to get crowded. But overall it was a great experience

Absolutely loved my experience, from the easy online reservation to the check-out at the end of my blissful spa day. Even though there was a crowd, I found that people respected the silence rule, so it didn't feel hectic. Location is beautiful & adds to the Nordic atmosphere. The Strom massage pairs perfectly with the thermal experience. Massotherapist was professional & attentive to my needs. I adored all the saunas, hot & cold baths as well as the relaxation rooms. The restaurant was the cherry on top although a tad pricey, but you definitely get your money's worth. Perfect escapade from the city life without having to go that far. Felt like a million bucks at the end of my spa day. Looking forward to my next visit.
