Afficher toutcabane à sucre(22) prix(9) poutine(7) bistro(6) urbaine(5) terrasse(4) sugar shack(3) propre(3) tire(3) neige(3) soup(3)The urban sugar shack (cabane à sucre urbaine) brunch was very disappointing. Bland food, missing key items like ham & bacon, the terrible coleslaw was mostly wilted iceberg, my tea cup was dirty, dirty bathroom. Pickled beets from a can that they told me they recycle in other recipes after if we don't finish them (super unhygienic!). Overpriced ($58 after tax & tip). I left with terrible heartburn even though I didn't even eat that much. Of course if you're willing to drive to the country you'll find much better sugar shacks, but Montreal & its tourists also deserve so much better.
The food is good, but quite overpriced. 44$+tx. for a sugar shack. I don't feel what's worth the cost. Maybe something 30-35$ will be a good & fair price.

It was an amazing experience at sugar shack. The best part the customisation done for me as a vegetarian

Easy to get to this restaurant using public transit. The food was amazing. Nice sugar shack experience, in the city. I also enjoyed the view of the Montreal skyline from Parc Jean Drapeau.
