Mon amie & moi avons reçu un service impeccable de la part de Jessica. On s'est senties comme des princesses. Je recommande le chai latte & la crêpe chocolat-noisette!! Mon amie a adoré les oeufs benedictines avec la sauce hollandaise aux betteraves. Une belle découverte, merci!
This is a fabulous restaurant for a brunch. The food is out of this world. We had the eggs Benedict with steak & the eggs Benedict with truffles & duck. Portions are large! I can't describe how delicious this was. The service was incredible considering how busy the staff is. This is the place to go for brunch for sure.

An amazing experience from start to finish. L'Avenue is without a doubt one of the best spots for brunch in Montréal. The atmosphere is vibrant, colorful, & full of energy, with super-cool decor & friendly, fast service even when the place is packed.
Have lived in the area for five years now, & we just keep returning to L'avenue. It's become our favourite brunch spot. The portions are so generous, & it's a super comfy place! Don't believe the other reviews that this is a tourist trap-it's a super high quality brunch place, & one of the absolute best on Notre Dame Ouest. We always get the St Ambroise eggs Benedict & the « I'll have it all », which reminds me a lot of a full English breakfast. Phenomenal!!
A must-try brunch place for anyone visiting Montréal & a regular brunch favorite of mine. As a fan of eggs benedict the steak & eggs is fantastic with a side of their iced oatmilk latte.
Good brunch food at a good price. Tried one of the eggs benedict & it was good. One of the good brunch places in Montreal.
You come out full. Service was a little slow & music can be loud.

Breakfast portions are VERY large. I enjoyed my eggs & steak Benedict very much. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection. The side of bacon was also good. The mango mimosa was also very good. Unfortunately, the sausage was really dry, & I would not order it again. The place was not so loud that we needed to shout to be heard, although the music WAS loud enough to hear, & was pleasant to listen to while eating. They have 3 unisex bathrooms, with one having a baby changing table.
Les déjeuner sont débile. Je recommande le pain doré chocolat dubai juste WOW. Le service parfait. Sirop d'érable à volonté sur la table. Bénédictine sont également très bon

Visited on a Monday afternoon, so there were still some open seats when we arrived. We ordered the waiter's recommendations: the Truffle Duck Benedict & the Dubai Chocolate French Toast. Both dishes were quite good. The duck was flavorful & the potato side was especially delicious-highly recommend it! The pistachio butter in the French toast wasn't very strong, which was a bit disappointed. As for the mocha, the dark chocolate flavor was too strong covered the taste of coffee, a bit more like hot chocolate without overly sweet.
Overall, the service was friendly & attentive, & the staff were nice. The restaurant environment was also pleasant. A good spot for brunch.
Visite pour le brunch, premièrement, tout l'avant du local est frigorifié compte tenu de l'ouverture constante des portes, c'est vraiment désagréable de devoir manger avec son manteau. Côté bouffe, ok sans plus, bénédictines gluants manquant de cuisson malheureusement. Café latté ok mais le café filtre ouf imbuvable. Le service vraiment impeccable toutefois, serveur attentionné, sympathique & avenant.
Tl;Dr - Upgrade your Benedict to a French toast base instead of English muffin for only $5, thank me later Just going to start off with, everything we ordered tasted amazing. Came here back in November 2023. We literally took 15 minutes going through the menu because it was so hard to decide what to order, everything looked amazing & sounded amazing. We decided on trying the avocado hummus with braised lamb & pomegranate seeds, a mushroom Benedict, & some pancakes. The hardest thing to decide was which 3 dishes to get, because we are not from Montreal & won't be coming back often. So we wanted to try as much as possible. Luckily, they have an option to switch out the English muffin & upgrade it to French toast for only $5. & yes, I definitely recommend ALWAYS doing that. I don't even like hummus, that dish was supposed to be primarily hers. But she just kept eating the French toast mushroom Benedict, & I ended up having most of the hummus, which was really good, especially for someone who doesn't like hummus. We also love how their potatoes aren't fried. Like 100% of all brunch places in Toronto does fried potatoes, & pretty poorly at that. It was so refreshing to have something different. Every time we go back to Montreal, or even pass by Montreal, this will definitely be a stop we will be making.

Son service, professionnel & courtoisie. & le Bénédictine Steak EGG.......Excellent plats piquant ça réveille les papilles. 👌👌👌👌👌👍 Au plaisir de vous revoir bientôt ! 1ere fois dans ce restaurant, le restaurant L'AVENUE au 3612 Rue Notre-Dame Ouest à Saint- Henri. Mais quel bel découverte, l'ambiance y est agréable ainsi que sa déco typique de la rue avec ses graffitis. Les plats du déjeuner que nous avons choisi fut d'un tel régal. Le goût & les saveurs de mon plat le SHAKSHUKA RED ......miam....miam j'en aurais repris encore. Le service était bien de la part de notre serveuse, mais il manquait un petit quelque chose.....un sourire constant & de ne rien dire quand tu reçois un excellent pourboire malgré un petit manque d'expérience que j'ai décelé Au contraire je t'encourage à t'améliorer . Honnêtement je recommande ce resto Pour ses déjeuner de manière réinventer. Félicitations au chef nous avons apprécié & nous allons revenir savourer d'autres de vos excellent plats du menu.

Best brunch restaurant there is. Period. Must-eat destination in Montreal. Duck Benedict & Carrot Cake Pancakes are personal faves. Pistachio Latte is also amazing. You can't go wrong. 💯
