This is by far my favourite taco place in the city. I've come here at least 5 times & it's just consistently excellent.

The ceviche is a dream, the tacos are so tasty (literally all of them, but the pescado, birria, al pastor are standouts), & the housemade hot sauce is killer. The cocktails are also great (personally a big fan of the pina colada), & they run a 5 à 7 happy hour with good prices.

The ambience is amazing - they play great mexican music, & it's not wayyy too loud (which is an issue I've often encountered in this city). Easy place to have a conversation!!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Definitely worth a visit to Outremont to try it. :)

Super restaurant de quartier qui offre les meilleurs tacos des miles à la ronde! Service attentif & courtois. La qualité & les saveurs sont toujours au rendez-vous. Essayez le quesabirria & Pastor! Vous ne serez pas déçu!

En livraison, tacos al pastor très ordinaires & gras, morceaux d'ananas pas murs & durs, portion de guacamole commandée minuscule. Ne vaut pas le prix payé malheureusement.

?You should really check out La Gaviota. The birria & pastor tacos are incredible, they're packed with flavor & absolutely delicious. On top of that, Paola provides the best service; she's always so attentive & friendly. They also have an impressive selection of beers, wines, & cocktails. It's the perfect spot for a great meal & a drink with friends.

This place has a gorgeous terrace & was able to seat us immediately for dinner on a Friday. I had the mango mezcal margarita which was absolutely delicious! The vegetarian al pastor was super flavorful, & I was so happy to see a vegetarian take on this dish with marinated mushrooms instead of pork. We also got the tres leches which was probably my least favorite. It was a bit dense, & not as sweet as I expected compared to other versions of this dessert. After the quick service we got for our drinks & tacos, I regretted ordering it since it took around 30 minutes to come out. Overall definitely recommend this place for authentic, flavorful mexican food or a delicious cocktail.
