Terrible service & cold food. Deserves LESS than 0 stars.

My boyfriend & I came in a little before 12:15 a.m. & there were already several people eating. We sat down & ordered 2 teas, 1 beer, 1 wonton soup, & an order of dumplings.

Everything came to our table EXCEPT the dumplings.

We waited… & waited. Meanwhile, new customers were coming in, ordering, & receiving their food. Around 1:00 a.m., the waitress came to our table with the bill & made us pay for everything, including the dumplings we NEVER received.

My boyfriend pointed this out to her, saying,'We did not receive this item.' She responded by saying something about the boss telling her to make us pay. At first, I thought maybe they were closing soon & wanted everyone to leave.

NOPE. They close at 3:30 a.m.

New customers were STILL coming in & ordering, while the people who had been there before us were still sitting there & hadn't even been given their bills.

At that point, it was pretty obvious that we were not being treated like welcomed customers, so we simply asked to take the dumplings to go, since we got charged for them already.

& then it got even worse.

We tried the dumplings in the car around 1:15 am, & some were hot/warm while others were completely cold, like they had been sitting there frozen or had been improperly reheated. How can you serve the same order with some dumplings hot & others literally cold ?! They had more than 45 minutes to make it…

Absolutely unacceptable. The service was terrible, we were charged for food we never received at first, & the food itself was not even properly heated.

I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of other restaurants where you can spend your money & actually be treated with basic respect & receive food that is properly prepared.

Worst experience. Save your money & go somewhere else.

We came in a super good mood & she was so sweet & matched the vibe. The food was so good & their selection of soju is perfect, they're open late & I really suggest it

They must have changed the cook. We went there many times when they first opened & enjoyed but several months ago we noticed the food wasn't the same & got sick that night. We decided to give another chance tonight the same fried squid we usually get was nothing but batter & tasted like old oil! I was sick & threw up. Never ever ever going again & telling our guests in our building to avoid this place

If you are looking for good Chinese food for a great price in the middle of downtown then this is the place. Can't go wrong with the general tso's chicken & fried rice & the dumplings are pretty great too. Come here when you want a chill night with good friends & be nice to the staff, they work hard to give fast service.

Perfect hole in the wall late night Chinese resto. They made delicious vegetarian dumplings for me (comes with chili oil) & I also enjoyed the fresh hot sesame balls. Lemon iced tea was good too. Perfect after salsa dancing!

If I could give this place 20 stars, I would. The food is so delicious, reasonably priced, & the portions are great. The staff is so kind, & the place is always clean. This is mine & my partner's favourite spot. I come from Ontario, & every time I come to Montreal, I have to come here.

DÉGOÛTANT!!! . Mon copain a commandé des ailes de poulet à la sauce thaï & il a trouvé une croquerelle dans la sauce. C'est à lever le coeur il a tous de suite arrêté de manger immédiatement.

Ça fait quelques fois que on commande dans ce restaurant & wow ! JAMAIS EU CE GENRE D'EXPÉRIENCE AVANT dans un autre restaurant ! Dépenser notre argent pour tomber sur quelque chose d'aussi DEGUEULASSE , c'est inacceptable! Un problème comme ça ne devrait jamais arriver dans un restaurant. Ça soulève de sérieuses questions sur l'hygiène de votre cuisine.
