chinese(29) fried rice(14) fried(14) chicken(14) tasty(9) shrimp(8) rice(8) noodle(8) général tao(7) sauce(7) soup(7) quality(6)Portions are huge! & the sizes of the chicken & shrimps are big. But all in all it's one of those Asian restaurants, you go in to get the job done & leave. Don't expect much customer service, just going there to eat. But for my food I did feel it was bland, like there was no taste in my chicken fried rice. Maybe it was an off day.
The soup wong ton Crevet sell & poivre Picking duck AMAZING & the prices are Low
Really good place to have dinner not expensive depending on what you order & you always have leftovers 😃😀
This is by far the best Chinese restaurant in Montreal, the service is always excellent & the food is consistently delicious. Highly recommend the roast duck.
La nouriture tres bonne je pourrais donner 5 étoiles mais le gros bémol c'était la toilette mais maintenant c'est très propre ! Un gros 5 étoiles ! Bon service👍
VERY generous portions of general tao, tasty too. Friendly service & I really liked the tea :)
Tasting the "wok hei" at Restaurant Kam Shing, on Cote des Neiges. Been coming to this place since it was at the original location, & the food has consistently been delicious.
Wok breath - that unique smokiness & aroma imparted to food from a perfectly seasoned wok
Must haves :
• General Tao chicken (moist meat, lightly battered & perfectly deep fried, served with the signature Tao sauce)
• Yang Chow fried rice (fried rice with dices of char sui pork, shrimp, vegetables)
• Wonton Noodle soup with Shrimp dumplings (note: photo shows a partially eaten bowl -- SO good
A hidden gem worth trying . Food is fresh & delicious. The staff takes the time to assure all is well & connect with their customers. This is our family go to for great Chinese food, they never disappoint!
Things to try: Roast duck, ginger beef with green onion, Cantonese noodles & of course the beef & broccoli. Enjoyyyyy
This is the best asian restaurant in Montreal. I alway go to this place every time with my parents. Everything on the menu is amazingly good!!! You have to try!
Price : 59.22$ (picture)
Food is good, big portions with affordable prices ! A lot of people have been eating here for generations. You see a diversity of clients so they adapt properly to everyone (yes they have to judge you to see the amount of msg they put). I got one water refill at the end. I didn't ask tho but usually I shouldn't ask. Don't get me wrong, staff is hard working. For take away, they gave us boxes & a nice reusable bag. +1
Food : (way enough for 2 people, good for 3-4)
Cantonese chow meing (speciality) 4.75/5
Calamari salt & pepper (3.75/5 not warm not cold)
Fried rice (3.5/5 not the best not the worst)
Noodles are always good but here are the best I been eating here for years & all good love it it will never change.
The service is great & they are very polite & nice.
