Les avis sur Restaurant Impérial soulignent des dim sum faits maison, frais et savoureux, avec des plats comme har gao, raviolis crevette et bao au porc barbecue appréciés pour leur texture et leur cuisson; la commande par code QR est courante et permet des plats qui arrivent rapidement, rendant l'expérience pratique même en période d'affluence; l'ensemble donne l'impression d'une cuisine chinoise authentique à prix raisonnables, avec des portions généreuses et une popularité auprès des familles et des groupes, même si certaines visites évoquent des heures d'affluence, un service parfois lent ou inégal et des plats parfois gras ou manquant de saveur selon l'article; dans l'ensemble, c'est une destination dim sum solide sur la rive sud, axée sur la variété et la rapidité plutôt que sur une expérience traditionnelle de chariots.
Nous y avons été pour les Dim sur un samedi d'octobre 2025. Les portions sont généreuses. Fait à noter: il n'y a pas de menu physique, on commande avec notre cellulaire + le QR code assigné à notre table.

We had the combo for 6 & added some dim sums. Excellent service. Excellent dim sums. But items on the combo were generally bland. Beef brocolis was a big disappointment.
Food was good but the service was horrendous. We waited about 40 minutes for our'appetizer' to arrive & then another 15 minutes for our first main dish to arrive. The rest of the dishes came another 15 minutes after. Quite the long wait for everything to come out.
They also seemed severely understaffed & sometimes forgot requests we gave (like asking for napkins which they did not provide at the beginning, or for some hot sauce).
Overall, would I come back here? Even though the food was good, no, I wouldn't.
I really do not understand the hype with this place. We tried take-out at this restaurant a couple of years ago & we were very disappointed. We tried it again tonight for a sit-down experience & we were still disappointing. The workers were kind but the service was slow. Took forever for our plates to come.
Something new! Had my cousins 100th day party here. The service was fast for our party of 50. I got to try new things. The menu was a bit different due to the size of our party so I wasn't expecting some of the dishes that we received. Nevertheless it was pretty good! I loved the lobster & a little less the chicken ahaha.
New favorite dim sum spot! The BBQ pork was definately the best I've had! It took us a minute to figure out how to order throigh the QR code, but I liked that we didnt have to wait for a specific cart to come by, which ensured the dish was hot & fresh. They also had a variety of schezwan that I would have liked to try if I hadnt been so full. I will be going back.
Recemment j'etais a ce restaurant comme invite pour un grande marriage & je suis tres decu de la qualite des plats prepares. Fruits de mer de qualite mediocre & sans saveur, mini petoncles melanges
We have not had dim sum for a while & so glad that we found this place in Brossard. The restaurant opens right at 10 a.m., tucked away in a plaza off a busy area. Parking may be challenging if you get there later in the morning. We were there a few minutes before opening & when we entered the restaurant, we were seated immediately.
The nice thing about the ordering system is, they have the menu on a QR code scan, & you can add additional items to the order, at any time. Once, & order is placed, the items come out fairly quickly, piping hot.
We thoroughly enjoyed the many items we ordered ranging from char siu bao, shiu mai, har gow, chicken feet (my favorite!), soy bean sheet roll, sushi roll, fried taro dumplings, radish cake, & steamed rice roll with crispy shrimp.
We will definitely be back to try more of their items on the menu. Prices are also reasonable & they are very attentive to refill our tea. Love this place!
That's an amazing place , food are sure good place is super clean service is fast employees are so respectful love it love it love it will repeat in a heart beat
