I haven't eaten dimsum here yet (heard good things), but foods from their dinner set menu were very fresh & delicious. Compared to other Chinese restaurants, this place is very clean & well-maintained.
Good dimsum for montreal. The fried dishes were very fresh & tasty. The fried calamari was super tender & the XO sauce fried turnip cake was very good. The rest of the food was also pretty decent. The service is very fast & we didn't wait for more than 5 minutes for a table of 2 on a saturday around 1pm.
After 2 years, I am glad to see that the quality is still pretty good. The food has great flavours & there are still a lot of items to pick from. I was surprised to see the price go up however, the average for a plate is now around 6$ & that just seems a bit expensive to me. The service was still good & that was nice.
(2 years ago) We went in for Dim sums & the quality of the food was decent. Nothing amazing but still, it wasn't bad either. The prices are about 5$ for a plate, so it's also reasonable but not that competitive. The service was quite friendly, they took the time to refill our tea in our cups without having us to ask. Furthermore, they were all talking & serving us in a more or so positive mood. The food was served quite quickly which was also nice. The part that bothered me the most was probably the cleanliness. The outside window is filled with dust & stains & the interior carpet was also a bit unclean. Nonetheless, the food was decent & enjoyable. We got to see a robot going around bringing food to tables which was also entertaining.
J'adore & je reviens souvent. Plusieurs clients asiatiques, alors le meilleur signe que le restaurant est vraiment bon & original! Mes enfants aussi adorent les plats. Très recommandé.
Excellent restaurant pour manger des plats Cantonnais. Le service est très rapide après la validation de la commande sur internet. Le staff est bien présent en salle pour s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien. Parking facile. Un bon établissement
The Imperial is an outstanding restaurant that truly delivers on all fronts. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, & the staff go above & beyond to make your dining experience special. The servers are incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail is perfect without being intrusive. As for the meals, they are nothing short of fantastic-each dish is flavorful, well-prepared, & beautifully presented. To top it off, the prices are surprisingly affordable, offering exceptional value for the quality. Highly recommended!
Changed my review as I have been there a few times now instead of having delivery. The dim sum is excellent but you have to go early as they don't do reservations, or else you might have to wait almost 1 hr to be seated. Parking spaces are limited also. Service is ok but not personalized; you order on the app & they just bring it to your table.
Les plats sont arrivés froids. La nourriture est très ordinaire. On a pris leurs gros combos familial à 500$ chacun. Ça ne vaut pas la peine du tout. C'est mieux de commander à la carte. On a apporté 3 gâteaux leur demandant de nous ramener pour le dessert. Ils n'ont pas réfrigérés nos gâteaux. Ils ont tous fondus. C'est une grosse déception.
