The environment was serene & beautiful, staff was attentive, however the food, particularly the dessert, was lacking in taste & quality.
The tartare didn't taste fresh & the seasonings were overpowering & unbalanced.
The desserts...both of them... were dry..poor quality & lack of flavor. The chocolate dessert tasted like sand & the lemon had absolutely no taste of lemon at all. More of some type of earthy flavor.
I would highly recommend the spa...however skip the dinning experience except for having a drink or maybe a coffee

La nourriture était excellente & le service également. Par contre, je trouvais qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix, si on ne voulait pas de gros repas. J'aurais apprécié pouvoir choisir, par exemple, un sandwich ou un repas plus léger.

Great tasting food & exceptional presentation. However, don't expect a full meal as while the prices are not unreasonable, the portions are rather small. There's a relaxed vibe with people generally sticking to their bathrobes & lots of natural light with the large windows. The only gripe of our last & only visit was the rock-solid bread.
