Nous avons essayé ce restaurant lors d'une formule tout inclus « feu ». Le potage de brocoli était très bon, l'entrée de gravlax de truite aussi, & la miche excellente. La présentation est soignée. Pour le plat principal, la saucisse était excellente, le jarret d'agneau braisé, bien cuit mais fade. Les accompagnements ont sauvé le plat. La tartelette au chocolat était très bonne aussi. Globalement, c'est très bon, 4,5, le service est excellent, mais trop cher pour le détour à mon avis, comme l'ensemble du concept de Förena. Le vin en formule Feu ne peut être choisi dans le menu, il est déterminé & il y a beaucoup d'extras à payer.

J'y étais jeudi dernier pour une journée au spa : j'ai tellement aimé la tarte tatin que je suis revenue dimanche (sans l'expérience thermale) pour avoir la chance d'en déguster encore!!
