Massage en duo uniquement! Temps de massage de 45 min au lieu de 60 minutes prévue. Il compte le déshabillage, bilan santé avec le massotherapeuthe, rhabillage comme du temps. Jamais vu cela auparavant!! Mon massage était très bien par contre mon conjoint pas top! matelas chauffant pas allumer il était glacer! On a fais un commentaire à la responsable du spa & elle s'en moquait complètement. On est juste un numéro parmi tant d'autre. On y retournera pas!

First impressions are very good. I only went for the thermal experience. 3 nice large saunas (1 wet & 2 dry). Two big warm pools with rocky features, so it feels more intimate. It also had 2 cold plunge pools, but I didn't use them as the outside temperature was -4 C. There were different areas for resting between. Other guests were respectful & quiet. The changing areas were clean & nice. Lots of showers, & they had several blow dryers to use after you are finished in the spa. I hope to go again with my daughter soon.

Toute étais super bien nous avons passer un vraiment beau moment juste le dôme que nous avons très froid malgré le petit poêle a l'intérieur :) mes dans l'ensemble tout étais parfait merci

J'aurais donné 5 étoiles pour l'ambiance si ce n'était pas le restaurant d'un SPA! Lorsque je mange au spa je m'attends à une ambiance calme pour poursuivre l'objectif de détente. L'emplacement du restaurant fait défaut également selon moi. Impossible de curculer dans le spa en peignoir sans entendre (ou voir) ceux qui semblent être là pour faire la fête
. Cela nous a profondément déplu.
La nourriture est cela dit excellente!!!
