Delicious wood fired pizza (gluten free was on its own tray but does go into a shared wood fired oven). They also offer GF pasta (cooked in its own water), salads & escargot. I am sensitive to cross contamination & had no reaction. The crust was very good! Thank you for offering so many gluten free options!
