This was my first visit since Echo-Brunch opened. The restaurantwill seat about 60 at a mix of tables & banquettes so I sat at one of those. I ordered a latte & the shakshouka. Service was relaxed but prompt & I soon had my breakfast. The latte was fine, & the shakshoukha included the tomato sauce a frigate & two slices of toast. Anyway, I finished the breakfast which was tasty & I will be back to sample more of the menu. A promising start! This restaurant has a lot of potential & the menu is quite different to other local restaurants so it will be interesting to see how it develops.

Tellement une belle option dans le quartier! Le resto est confortable, le staff est aidant & attentif, & le menu est varié avec un bon rapport qualité prix! On a commandé l'assiette déjeuner & le shakshouka, super bon. Les oeufs & les viandes, les patates, les fruits, vraiment rien à redire. Le café filtre goute le café :) La musique était bonne aussi! Le rideau de billes à l'entrée faisait le bonheur d'un p'tit enfant

The food was very good & the waiters are incredibly kind & welcoming ☺? we suggest ordering the Egg Benedict, as it was on a bed of croissant which I think is a fun twist. The lattes are also incredible. The atmosphere was very cozy. Impeccable experience!

We discovered this neighborhood gem in Verdun on google map & we were smitten by this cozy brunch spot! From.the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm & inviting - wood panels giving a chalet vibe, comfortable seating, just the right balance of lovely energy. What really stood out was the friendly & attentive service without being intrusive. As for the food, everything tasted fresh & thoughtfully prepared. We loved every bite of the waffle with friend chicken & a shakshuka which we ordered. There is no doubt Echo Brunch has now become our go to brunch spot!

I visited this restaurant yesterday-it's only been open for about three weeks. It was one of the most affordable brunch spots I've been to recently, & still surprisingly good. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their food.

That said, the coffee wasn't great, & my dish was served slightly below the ideal temperature-possibly because the space itself felt a bit colder than it should be.

On the positive side, the service was excellent. The staff who took care of us were very friendly & attentive. The ambiance is still a work in progress, I'd say-but that's understandable for a place that just opened.

Overall, I would definitely come back without a doubt.
