Located on Victoria Avenue in the Côte-des-Neiges district of Montreal, Didar Restaurant, formerly known as DEV, has been established for 13 years. They offer homemade Indian and Punjabi cuisine. We visited Montreal all the way from Toronto & this restaurant completely blew us away! The food was outstanding-the Kulcha Thali was incredibly delicious, the Mango Lassi was super refreshing, & the Chana Bhature was a massive highlight because the Chana finally tasted like the authentic version you get back home in India. To top it all off, the service was truly exceptional, making us feel incredibly welcome & well taken care of. This is an absolute must-visit spot in Montreal, & we will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Had a great experience with dining here. We ordered Chole Bhathure, Kadhaii Paneer & Chicken thali. The food tasted amazing with authentic Indian flavors from Punjab.
I recommend this place for birthday & anniversary dinners 🙂 😍

It's one of the most authentic Indian restaurant. I really liked their amritsari thali. The best thing here is that the kulcha filling & spice level can be customized.
