Si vous avez envie d'essayer un vrai restaurant sichuanais, c'est LA place. La spécialité de la maison est le poisson BBQ épicé qui est en fait un délicieux hotpot garni de légumes & de viandes. Venez avec le ventre vide, les plats sont piquants & délicieux !! 🌶?🌶?🌶?🌶?🌶?🌶?🥵🫶
Edit: J'y suis retournée & cette fois-ci, j'ai commandé le tofu croustillant. C'est une explosion de saveurs en bouche… j'adore ! ✨

Avant tout, on s'entant que c'est un restaurant qui faire de la cuisine authentique de la ville ChongQing (dans province Sichuan en Chine). Autrement dit, ça pique 🌶️ Si t'aime manger piquant, ma commandaire peut être valide pour toi. Ce soir c'est ma deuxième fois manger chez ChongQing. Différent que la première fois que j'ai mangé avec une amie pour partager un bol de poisson tout garni(yummm), cette fois-ci j'y étais seule. J'ai commandé un sauté, une assiette froide (légumes marinés) & un demi pâte de cochon mijoté en accompagnant un bol de riz (portion pour une personne). Le sauté & l'assiette froide sont délicieux!! Le sauté c'est un légume séché sauté avec la viande fumé & salé (porc) & les piments. Je ne connais pas ce genre de légumes, on m'a expliqué qu'il est un sorte de choux comment au province SiChuan en Chine. & le texture est croquant. Le niveau de piquant est très bien dosé pour moi mais ça peut être très piquant pour autre personne qui n'habitue pas à manger piquant. J'ai rentré chez moi joyeusement avec les restants de mes repas qui suffisent à me faire au moins un autre repas complète demain comme lunch. Leur portion est bonne! Je recommande 100% ce restaurant ( svp y aller en accompagnement au moins un chinois qui parle mandarin & qui mange piquant). Notez que le restaurant change souvent leur menu en fonction de ce qu'il est disponible dans la cuisine. Ps: appelle pour réserver une table si vous êtes nombreux. & empathie pour cette restaurant famille qui ne parle pas beaucoup français (il y a au moins une madame qui parle bien français).

Very good & authentic regional food! Beware if your spicy tolerance is not quite high (or you can order their soy milk to tone it down or drink the pain away haha!). Overall a great restaurant, & although a little bit expensive, I would recommend this place if you're looking for authentic Chinese food.

Ça la changer de mains, c'est plus comme avant. J'aime pu toute. Je veux pas juste acheter un titre , je veux du stock dans mon sac de papier brun. Au moins j'ai pu respirer dedans le sac après avoir pogner le mal de coeu

My dad was actually born in Chong Qing so hearing the staff speak in that familiar dialect of my grandparents felt very comforting & nostalgic. Being born here in Montreal though, the level of spiciness that I can personally handle is quite pathetic. The locals of Chong Qing would consider this restaurant truly authentic because the level of spicy & numbness passes their standards. If you think you can handle spicy, this place will be the true test. Next time I come, I will bring reinforcement (friends who can eat spicier than me). I will also ask for less spicy, which is an option I should have taken when they offered. Service is not their strength; it took a while to get everything to the table. Drinks were not immediately served either, which explains why my mouth was on fire for the longest time. You've been warned! Do not come if you don't enjoy even the mildest of spicy levels. There are some non-spicy options, but even though I found it overall too spicy for me, I crave the taste & want to come back again.

I could have give 0 stars if I can. Terrible menu! Very confusing you don't even understand what is their logic. It is like for exemple. 100g of spicy chicken & minimum 500g per order....wtf. & the food is terrible! Just spicy. I like spicy food but all the food are just like too much spice. All taste the same & all taste terrible!!!!!!! The price is even more terrible. Imagine you pay 20$ for a Mac chicken. This is how I feel about their price! Please just do go & waste your hard earned money.

J'ai commandé une combinaison / Combo (BB). Ne pas supposé d'avoir des erreurs c'est dans leur menu. 2 soupes aigres piquantes (OK), 2 rouleaux du printemps (reçu 2 Egg Rolls au porc), Poulet Soo Guy (grosses boules de pâtes avec poulet intérieur avec aucune sauce), Poulet à l'ananas (boules de pâtes avec poulet intérieur avec aucune sauce). Lorsque nous avons appelé pour avoir de l'information, nous nous sommes fait dire au téléphone que"il ne voulait pas nous remboursé & que c'était de leur faute pour les erreurs & que le PATRON à dit que chez Fo Du de Brossard, « Le Poulet à l'Ananas n'a PAS d'Ananas »... VOUS AVEZ bien lu... Chez Fo Du de Brossard, « Le Poulet à l'Ananas n'a PAS d'Ananas ».
