The dim sum was very tasty. The service was great.View more
It is one of the best Chinese food places in the whole of Montreal. The portions were very generous, & every dish was incredibly tasty. The service was also excellent.View more
I have been to Kim Fung (was Kam Fung) many times in the past & loved it, but it has really gone downhill... We got 8 dim sum items off the carts & many were cold & not fresh. The xiao long bao was congealed inside-no soup in the soup dumplings. Our table & chairs were dirty. We found a few hairs in our dishes. Worst of all, we were seated a table just beside an exposed section of ceiling, with a bucket on the ground collecting leaking water. Two times during the mean, the ceiling gushed water onto me, my outfit & the table. To remedy this, the waiters gave us three napkins. We felt quite disgusted & also a bit queasy after.View more
Very good food & service. If you are a first timer like me the location may be a little hard to find. It is located on the second floor inside the building with RBC Bank. I came on a holiday on a Monday & they had push carts out!View more
We had a great experience here; getting to taste high quality Chinese cuisine with a local person. We literally didn't know what our friend was ordering, but we trusted he knew what he was ordering & what's best to eat at this place. & in all fairness, everything he ordered was fresh, of high quality & tasty.View more
Peut-on espérer mieux? View more
Everything we had was delicious! The staff were lovely too & very helpful. Opened early which was great for breakfast time food. To get to the restaurant you need to go through a mall, it's up one level of stairs & there are signs.View more
Best place for DIM SAM. I've been there for 10 years, never disappointed! As it gets very busy, sometimes it is very hard to get on hold with waitresses. However the food is really good.View more
My go to place for dim sum on weekends. Food is pretty good & portions are generous. Service is good & pricing is average but notice an increase in the last few months. In the evening we like to share 5 to 6 different dishes so we get to try different plates.View more
Food was excellent! Looking forward to going back!View more
After 20 some hrs, two connecting flight (@ Hong Kong & Vancouver) including a red eye flight, we finally arrived at Montreal around 8 am. My first meal at Montreal. Dim sum. The price is reasonable & it's quite authentic, delicious. It's nice to find such good dim sum restaurant in Montreal.View more
Huge round table perfect for a family dinner or a souper with some friends the staff is friendly but u need to repeat. They only speak English or Chinese. My childhood restaurant !! 🤤 Super view & clean !! They have toilets !! For 3 it was less than 60$ not bad not bad & the food was delicious !! MY FAVORITE OBVIOUSLY WONTON SOUP ( in the picture the price was around 40$ - 50$ )View more
Vrai resto cantonais. View more
Was amazed at how delicious it was, even on a quiet Monday. Still the best. As for people commenting on the outdated décor : I was just there (in March 2024) & I saw new clean white pristine seat covers & table cloths...View more
They open super early compared to other spots in the area & the staff are SO friendly! Service is incredibly fast & the menu has all the classics plus some special items. The food I got on this solo breakfast trip was amazing, great flavours, fresh, & priced reasonably. The only downside is the some parts of the restaurant atmosphere could use an upgrade, the seat covers are discoloured & the entrance has piles of random things everywhere. Since I'm just here for food I'm not too fussed about that so overall still would recommend & go again!View more
