Amazing service!! Incredible food & the ambiance is perfect in there. Lots of warm lighting & wood, it feels very cozy. Also they are so accommodating- they let us choose a seat where we could watch the food being prepared, & they developed a main course especially for me as I'm vegetarian. We even got some fresh-from-the-comb honey at the end of it as a treat. It was an amazing experience with delicious food, thank you!

À la base, le mot Candide signifie ingéniosité, ça pourrait s'arrêter là. Le décor est extraordinaire, les tables sont faites des bancs de la chapelle juste derrière qui est désacralisée. Mais, l'expérience culinaire est dès plus sublimes. Ça débute avec une sommelière qui est passionnée par chacun de ses services. Vient ensuite les serveurs qui sont extrêmement attentifs aux besoins de leurs clients, tous les serveurs balaient la salle & d'une discrétion, enlèvent nos assiettes & plats lorsque nous avons terminé sans jamais sentir de pression de leur part. Les plats sont un crescendo de saveurs. Le mélange est magnifique. L'accord met est un incontournable. Seul bémol, la bouchée de miel à la fin que je ne comprends pas encore. Ça nous fait oublier ces mets si harmonieux &, on va se le dire, les alvéoles ça restent pris entre les dents & après un souper de si grande classe, on se doit de les cracher dans notre serviette, ce qui n'est pas très chic. Si vous avez une sortie à faire, n'hésitez pas & allez à ce restaurant Candidement.

Just enjoyed a most lovely dinner with my wife & our adult kiddo, who afterward shared that it was their favorite meal ever. Each course was so delicious, too hard to say a favorite. Our sommelier shared great stories of the wines- all exceptional & well paired. Wow, thank you!

Wow! We had such a wonderful dining experience at Candide. The food was amazing, the service was superb, & the atmosphere was just so cool. One of the servers even shared a list the staff have compiled for visitors - recommendations of restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc. We loved Candide & can't wait for the day that we can go back.

Une note parfaite à chaque visite ! Nous y allons depuis maintenant plus de 3 ans & c'est sans contredit une valeur sûre. Le service est toujours courtois, le menu toujours surprenant & la nourriture toujours incroyablement bien présentée & préparée. Un bijou ce resto !
