Probably the best ceviche I've ever eaten...Wow!!! Not sure of the name but it had Mango in it....WOW SUPER FRESH.
A must try!!
Food is excellent 👌🏾
On my return visit different outcome! We were over charged & the waitress made mention of the old menu??? Again BEST ceviche I've ever had but the service really disappointed the guests I brought & myself as well. Will I return we'll see...
Food was good but overpriced in my opinion but it may be the setting. We tried the Balam guacamole which was good. The fish tacos were very flavorful & packed. The Balam margarita was great as well.
Service was slow, we had to wave the waiters multiple times for dessert or water.
If you want a fancy Mexican meal, try it.

Beautiful restaurant & amazing vibe/atmosphere BUT the service needs to be improved. I was excited to come here but we waited a very long time for the food even the DRINKS!? we order drinkks & it took 45mins to get them & the food? Im here still waiting for it at 941PM! FIX this! Even other customers are complaining & haven't even gotten their food! Disappointing. If you're coming here just avoid it & that's not a joke
Food was good but service not so much. We mentioned we were there for our anniversary & my birthday. They were out of the Tuna Hachimi. I mentioned I was allergic to mango so I couldn't take the other ceviche. No accommodation suggested, I had to come up with a solution. Didn't motivate us to spend more or stay. We left after 1h. Personally wouldn't go back.

Really great resto - Food is actually very good & worth the prices - fresh & organic - service was great! I didn't get the managers name but he was great - checked in on us & very nice
vibes are amazing - atmosphere & music was perfect - Def coming back
Tacos were good. We ordered the Cornish hen which came raw & lukewarm. We told the server that we know that it's normal to be a bit pink around the bone area but our chicken was red & slimy. The chicken breast was also a little red. It was undercooked. He offered to'heat it up' for us.
My husband is a chef & he didn't want to make a fuss so we let it go & there was no point reheating a Cornish hen that was taken apart.
