I've always wanted to try this terrace when they first opened & today it was the day for me & honestly it was exactly what I expected! Amazing Mexican menu with great drinks. I got the lamb shank & ceviche & baby that was worth every dollar! I came during the day so it was nice & calm. I'll come back for night time when it's more vibrant! Thank u for the great food & service.

The restaurant is very nice but the food is really nothing great. I ordered the tuna. ceviche, it was good but my fish tacos were lacking taste & I really did not like the taste of the tortilla so I ate the fish alone. I also found it very expensive for the quality of the food. Would not return again.

I have to say, this place is worth every penny you spend. The food is outstanding, the ambiance is beautiful, & the service is truly A1.

In my humble opinion, this is the best Mexican food in Montreal. Everything we tried was exceptional. The duck tacos, ribeye tacos, & ceviches were absolutely amazing.

Make sure to save room for dessert you'll be pleasantly surprised. Every dish was prepared with care & packed with flavor.

If you're looking for a great dining experience, I highly recommend Balam. Good food, great atmosphere, & memorable moments. Highly recommended!

Ceviche & postre tres leches dessert tasted amazing. The tacos were also good but i personally prefer authentic Mexican restaurants

What truly elevates the experience is the service, particularly our server, Jaime. Jaime was fantastic-attentive, professional, & genuinely warm.
He guided us through the complex menu with insightful recommendations & ensured our drinks were promptly refreshed.

Jaime's excellent service made our evening feel seamless & personalized, turning a great meal into a truly memorable occasion.

I went to balam for an anniversary dinner with my fiancé & had the best experience. The food is incredible, I recommend the fish of the day plate & the ceviche, both were to die for. & the service was outstanding, everyone was so kind & accommodating. We will be returning!!

We sat at the bar & had an amazing time. Received great service from all the staff. The food was delicious, elevated & authentic which is hard to find. I loved their ceviches & fish tacos. The cocktails were refreshing. They had a dj which created an amazing atmosphere & ambience. Will definitely return with friends & family.
