This restaurant is open everyday. In Bromont you usually get Burgers & Fries. This restaurant is align with Montreal & Toronto Restaurants in terms of food quality & food innovation. The staff are amazing from front desk to servers. Our server was on the top floor, she was so sweet & provided perfect recommendations for our large group. The food is fabulous. We are so happy we got something other than Burgers & Poutine. The food is very special & authentic. We recommend the platter for 4, it has everything in it. The Beef was the star. Next time we are in town, we are definitely coming back.
Amazing place! Vibes on point, service is top notch & the FOOD! Oh the food. We got the shawarma platter to share as well as the three dips & fattoush salad. Chicken was so tender, potatoes & garlic sauce were heavenly & the pitas were so soft & fresh! Would definitely be my number one recommendation for anyone who comes to Bromont! Will be back to try the octopus!
Simply delicious food! The quality, taste & textures of everything from the hint of nuttiness & smoothness of their hummus to the tenderness of the various meats in the mixed grill for two ( not on the menu but just ask!) were as good if not better than any Lebanese/Mediterranean resto in Montreal. All that chicken,lamb & filet mignon sat on a bed of the most unique & possibly, best fried rice I've ever had. We finished the meal off with a Baklava with a Canadian twist (coated in maple syrup instead of honey) & it was phenomenal! As great as the food was, the service was even better! Maddie our server could teach courses on how to operate a successful wait staff. Her attention to every detail was simply on point. We were in Bromont for the weekend but I would drive the hour from downtown Montreal just to eat here again.
Un bijoux dans le coeur du vieux Bromont! Nourriture savoureuse & authentique. Seul bémol de notre expérience était le manque de service après le repas principal (30 minutes avec les assiettes bien empiler sur la table), pour se faire dire qu'ils n'avaient pas le temps de nous servir de dessert ou d'apéritif vu qu'il avait besoin de tourner la table au prochain client. Une fin de repas ordinaire à une belle soirée.

L'ambiance est à la fois élégante & conviviale, le service est irréprochable, attentif & professionnel. Quant à la cuisine, elle est tout simplement hors du commun - chaque plat est maîtrisé & remarquable.
Chez MUUK Architecture, nous sommes des habitués & le Babar est sans contredit notre restaurant de prédilection à Bromont, autant pour les rencontres d'affaires que pour le plaisir.

Excellent Restaurant! Un menu d'inspiration libanaise mais revisité pour y apportez des touches modernes qui rendent l'expérience unique & dangereusement délicieuses. Les portions sont généreuses & le prix plus qu'acceptable pour la qualité & la fraîcheur des plats (même les pains sont faits maison). Le service est professionnel & courtois. Le décor est moderne & de bon goût. Bref un nouveau coup de coeur dans Bromont.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Babar in Bromont & I can confidently say it's a true gem. Nestled in a cozy & modern setting, this Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant strikes the perfect balance between warmth & contemporary flair. Delicious food & top notch service!

Restaurant Babar est une véritable pépite à Bromont ! Dès qu'on entre, on est charmé par l'ambiance chaleureuse & élégante. Le décor est soigné, avec des tons naturels, des banquettes en velours & une lumière tamisée qui créent une atmosphère intime & accueillante.
Nourriture :
Les plats sont savoureux, raffinés & parfaitement exécutés. Une cuisine inventive, fraîche & pleine de caractère.
Service :
Le service est impeccable. L'équipe est attentionnée, professionnelle & connaît très bien le menu. Mention spéciale au sommelier qui nous a conseillé un vin nature parfait pour accompagner notre repas. On sent une vraie passion derrière chaque recommandation.
Ambiance :
L'endroit est petit mais magnifiquement aménagé, parfait pour un souper romantique ou une sortie entre amis. On s'y sent bien du début à la fin.

Nous avons célébré l'anniversaire de ma cousine au restaurant Babar, & tout a été absolument parfait. Le service était impeccable, empreint d'une grande gentillesse & d'attentions délicates qui ont rendu cette soirée encore plus spéciale.
Le personnel a su créer une ambiance chaleureuse & accueillante, avec un souci du détail qui fait toute la différence. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette belle expérience méditerranéenne à Bromont - nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
I visited Babar on a trip to Bromont & I'm now sad to say that my new favourite restaurant is 3 hours away from me!! Incredible food, amazing service, beautiful atmosphere. If you are in the area, just go because the food is delicious. Thank you Babar team for a great dining experience!
Babar is a well-loved spot among Bromont locals, & it's easy to see why. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, making it a great place to relax with friends or enjoy a nice evening out. The staff is exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in.
The highlight of the night was the sommelier-knowledgeable, passionate, & spot-on with recommendations. The beverage program is well thought out, offering a great selection of wines & cocktails that pair beautifully with the food. Speaking of food, every dish was packed with flavor, made with fresh ingredients, & presented with care.

Our whole family decided to have a post-Christmas lunch at Babar's in Bromont. The restaurant is located right on Shefford Street in town. There is convenient parking at the back of the restaurant but it is limited & somewhat tight. We parked on the main street, which proved to be an easier exit. One of our daughters made a reservation & we were seated on the top of two floors. Amongst the various dishes that were ordered, our family went for the fried cauliflower (excellent), charcoal BBQed halloumi (very original & very tasty), falafel plate (very good), & the lamb kebab plate. All the dishes were excellent & everyone was very pleased with their meals. The service was prompt & attentive & finished plates were promptly removed from the table, which was a small touch I really appreciated. This is a really great restaurant located in the beautiful town of Bromont. My wife & I will be back & we would recommend to anyone to give this restaurant a try.
Exceptional restaurant! We were fortunate to get a spot as we were booking on short notice & there was a cancellation. It was clear from the moment we arrived that the staff was well trained & in a positive mood. Our waitress, Maddy, was very friendly & gave excellent suggestions regarding the menu. Every dish we had was better than the next. The Octopus & Cod dishes were particularly exceptional. The shish taouk was also very tender & tasty. They provided freshly baked pita bread & the hummus was very fresh & made at the restaurant. We will definitely be back & in fact the restaurant is one reason why we will come stay at Bromont again (we live about 50 minutes away).

Très bel endroit & très bonne cuisine! Petit bémol que je tiens à soulever mais qui ne mérite pas d'enlever une étoile: trois serveuses sont venues nous voir pour s'excuser du léger retard (rien d'extrême) pour notre fondant au chocolat & chacune nous a dit qu'ils nous l'offraient mais finalement, il nous a été facturé. Si une seule serveuse nous l'avait dit, j'aurais pu comprendre l'erreur mais j'avoue que trois serveuses qui nous le disent, on s'attend au final à ne pas voir le fondant sur la facture. Cela n'empêche que 1- je reviendrai sans faute lorsque je passerai quelques jours à Bromont, 2- j'ai déjà recommandé, & je continuerai de le faire, ce restaurant à tous mes proches qui prévoient d'aller à Bromont :)
