We had an exceptional experience once again. Rhonda & I are repeat customers, & continue to be consistently impressed by the superior quality of their Sunday brunch. We are to be married on Saturday, June 14th & I wanted to take Rhonda for a nice, relaxing Sunday brunch where we could step away from everything wedding & just enjoy each other at a stress free outting. The recent renovations exceeded our expectations, providing an ideal setting for everything from business lunches to romantic brunches. The food selection is extensive & among the finest we've encountered for a Sunday brunch anywhere in the world. The wet scrambled eggs & potatoes dauphinoise are particularly noteworthy. We were ecstatic to see the wet scrambled eggs are still part of the brunch experience. We highly recommend Renior for your weekday lunch, a weekly get-together with friends & especially for a romantic Sunday brunch.⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?

Upscale restaurant within a hotel. Service was impeccable. Food was well presented & of high standards, but not unique. The atmosphere was professional, not personable. Enjoyed once, but probably wouldn't return...
This review is about customer service.
I reserved a table for 4 for the brunch on Jan 1st online. Then I called the restaurant right away to confirm the reservation before inviting my guests. The gentleman confirmed that we have a reservation & all is good.
The day after I received a call from someone saying that our reservation is for a breakfast & not brunch! & they have no spot left for brunch.
I explained to her that this is not acceptable because I even called & confirmed, & then invited my guests. But, she blamed her new employees instead of taking responsibility & kept saying that she can't do anything! Then she blamed me because for the fact that the restaurant is very famous & I had to reserve earlier!
She also asked if I'm staying at the hotel, which I'm not. In any case I don't understand what difference it makes! It should be 1st come, 1st served!
I know the food is great but the customer service for such a restaurant is not acceptable. You made a mistake, at least own it instead of blaming others, & try to make it up to the customer!
I highly recommend this restaurant. I went yesterday for the Easter brunch & the food was amazing. I have a gluten & dairy intolerance & was brought to each section & told what foods I could eat & even had a dessert specially made for me which was AMAZING! Great food & friendly staff, thank you!
Had the pleasure of having Brunch at Renoir Restaurant. They truly didn't disappoint. The selection was amazing & the food was scrumptious. The service is also worthy of mention. The staff were very attentive & friendly. The decor is absolutely gorgeous. We truly enjoyed everything about this brunch.

Le nouveau décor du restaurant & le salon à cocktail Nini sont époustouflant. Il faut y être pour y croire, tellement c'est beau & l'ambiance parfaite.
RESTAURANT FERMÉ TEMPORAIREMENT La réouverture initialement prévue fin novembre 2024 est retardé à la mi-décembre 2024 mais ils n'ont pas de date ni d'informations supplémentaires. L'hôtel a bien un service aux chambres & un petit buffet déjeuner de base mais le restaurant le Renoir est bien fermé malgré que l'entreprise a mise à jour les heures d'ouverture il y a 9 semaines.
The experience was warm & inviting. The hostess was pleasant & we did wait to be seated. Our waitress was very friendly & polite & once our meals arrived it was well prepared, tasty & the servings were very appropriate. The coffee was strong & hot just as we enjoy it.
Food was mid, interior was a lil bland & for 100$ with taxes & tip per person, the food selection & interior design is like a regular brunch place. We thought this restaurant would be like the buffet in Sofitel Athens which is one of the top breakfasts buffets in the world. But it's really not like that at all.

C'était une première fois dans ce restaurant, le service était parfait & chaleureux, nous avons également aimé l'ambiance avec des tables espacées(une belle intimité, même si la déco n'est pas à notre goût) par contre le point négatif c'est la nourriture! Des plats très classiques /scolaires sans surprises (j'ai dû rajouter du sel dans mon entrée à la courgette 🫣)! En bref un qualité /prix moyen! Nous avons payé moins cher un restaurant gastronomique très surprenant & excellent en 7 services ... que 3 plats ici!
We went there for the New Year's Eve brunch buffet. The hot food was mediocre/disappointing but the fruit was fresh & Waldorf salad was so refreshing. Bakery was AMAZING & pastry was just a bit too sweet (I really really enjoyed the raspberry mini cake!!). We wish there was more selection for hot dishes.
