We went for the non vegetarian thali, the thali's huge, 1 thali serves 2 people easily. All the starters & curries in the thali were very well done. The desserts too. Loved the malai chicken & shrimp curry. Special thanks to Parakram who served us. The chef took time out to come & explain the dishes to us too. Many thanks to the restaurant, we happily skipped dinner after!
Super belle adresse!! Les plats sont copieux & très très délicieux! On a l'habitude de manger indien, & pour le coup c'est une superbe cuisine fine! Les goûts de tous les plats sont incroyables, très travaillés. Attention, il faut réserver la grosse assiette d'assortiment en avance le dimanche. On ne le savais pas mais le chef nous l'a accordé à la dernière minute, chose que nous apprécions beaucoup, merci encore pour cette chance. Merci aux cuisiniers & merci aux serveurs!

I've tried many restaurants, but this Indian restaurant in Montreal stood out as a place where I found true satisfaction & happiness. The timing of the service was perfect, & the owner was incredibly welcoming, demonstrating a deep understanding of what it takes to provide the best service. We traveled all the way from Mississauga, ON-my mom & I are both chefs, & when we see great service, we know it. I highly recommend trying the Paan Kulfi for dessert, which is made in-house, & the Rogan Josh, which melts in your mouth. Paired with perfectly made naan, it took me back to my hometown in India. Thank you for the wonderful service. My family & I will definitely be coming back-this experience was great
one of the best butter chicken I've ever eaten! the sauce was really excellent. The only thing I liked a little less was the chicken, since I found it very hard to chew (i feel like it's not even chicken, maybe pork? bc it's was extremely hard). The waitress was very polite & kind. The chef even came to see us to ask for our opinion. update: i've tried the paneer lababdar & it's was so good! honestly a must try however it's would be great to lower the music a bit bc it's sometimes difficult to hea
Food was awesome, very tasty & diverse. Beautiful blend of aromas & huge variety of food. Would definitely come again. Service amazing, the chef even came personally when we asked for peanut free food. The vibe & ambiance is really nice & relax, accompanied by some nice music. Although it's not cheap, food can easily reach the 30$ & more. Can't forget about the seats either, they were incredibly comfortable & made the experience much more enjoyable.
La bouffe est incroyable dans ce restaurant , l'accueil est chaleureux l'ambiance est au rendez vous, le chef est incroyablement accueillant gentil & très très douée en ce qu'il fait bravo a lui !!
I went there with my friends & I tried Dal Makhni with Garlic naan, Dahi kebab, Sofiyana paneer, chaat paapdi. Ambience was great. Every single dish was among one of the best Indian dishes I have tried in Canada. Coming from New Delhi I can confidently say that everything was authentic. The chef is very humble & passionate for his work. I had a long conversation with him about his process. 10/10

This is the best Indian restaurant in Montreal. Each & every dish made with so much perfection. Chef Chakradhar is so talented . This is my new favourite restaurant in the City. The Mighty Thali was so delicious. & totally worth the money. Paan kulfi is out of the world.. Must try: Mango lassi, lavender haze, Mighty Thali, Paan kulfi
Came to Montreal for the Labour Day long weekend with my father & family. My father is a Jain (eats food without potatoes onions & garlic). We spoke to chef to see if he could accommodate our request. The chef came to our table personally giving us a variety of options. The food was super fresh with exact spices & tasted delicious. We decided to return to the place again the next evening. The chef made us veg Nazami handi , veg pulav & dahi papdi chat as jain options & believe me every item was a 100/100. The next day he made us mix veg gravy which was also super yum. We tried their regular food (nonjain) & everything was delicious. I will surely recommend this place for both Jain & regular Indian food. Will surely return every time I visit Montreal. Do not forget to try their pan kulfi it's their highlight in desserts. A big thank you to the chef Mr.Chakradheer for custom making our dishes & providing so much to us during this trip.

I am very passionate about this being the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to. When we walked in, they said it was reservation only & that we wouldn't be able to come in. But, we were quickly accommodated & sat down at a table when they were full for the night. The staff was extremely welcoming & the chef himself even asked us how the food was. Now, to the food. One consistent issue I have run into with Indian restaurants is that they don't have enough vegetarian options, or the vegetarian food is extremely subpar compared to non-veg options. They KNOCKED it out of the park with the food here. Everything tasted extremely fresh & authentic, & was the perfect combination of spicy & flavorful. The Naan & Roti was extremely good, & perfectly complemented the curry we got which was the Paneer Lababdar, the Veg Kohlapuri & the Dal Makhani. This place was worth the whole trip to Montreal, coming all the way from Maryland, USA. I highly praise the staff & the chef for being amazing & wonderful. I am happy to say this is the best Indian restaurant in North America, & highly recommend this place to anyone that visits Montreal.

Outstanding! We've eaten Indian cuisine all over world (including Indian) & the quality of the food at Rendez-vous Bistro is among the very best. Outdoor dining is offered, & highly recommend. Waitstaff is attentive, charming & generous. Veggie/vegan options are plentiful. We even got to meet the chefs, a real treat. It is very obvious they love what they do, you can taste it!
Had an incredible meal at this amazing restaurant in Montreal. The chef personally asked about our preferences, & each dish was perfectly tailored to our taste. The food was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. A must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Indian cuisine with a personalized touch!
We had a wonderful experience both in terms of food & service. The team is superb. The best part is chef personaly meeting you & taking care of your taste. Must visit restaurant. For info we had varieties of naan, paneer lababdar, methi chaman, dal makhani, dahi ke kebab, jeera rice & gulab jamuns.

Mutton Rarah was delicious, great mix of flavours & textures with both the cubed & ground lamb. Garlic naan had plenty of garlic. The recommended Dahi ke Kebab appetizer was a great start, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Rasmalai was tasty, definitely a more complex take on a dessert I'm usually so-so about. The nobles cocktail was nice & anise-y. The pretty in a cage was very refreshing with the cucumber syrup. Gorgeous terrasse. Service was efficient but overly attentive. I felt like I could barely get through a topic with my friend or a bite/sip without the waiter checking in on us & starting a conversation. The chef was nice enough to introduce himself, but I felt like he had to make an excuse for every very minor (& valid) constructive criticism my friend had instead of just taking the feedback & moving on.
We came in late on a Monday night. The staff were really hospitable & patient with us throughout the ordering process. I was being a little extra & asked for a drink off the menu & they delivered. We got the biryani & the jungle maas.. both were insanely good. The chef himself was kind enough to come & have a quick chat with us & made sure everything was to our liking. Honestly, one of the best Indian restaurants outside of Indian I have tried in North America. I definitely did not expect to find this gem in Montreal.

Amazing amazing food! If you are looking for an authentic Indian cuisine experience I'll highly recommend this place. Their menu is quite unique too. The owner & the chef are super friendly.
