Excellent food despite a limited choice on the menu. Entrees & main course were excellent so was the wine. First sitting stats early & gives you only two hours to complete your meal. We were a bit surprise to get our entrees relatively quickly but the main course was served a full hour after sitting giving us only one hour to finish our meal including dessert/coffe & sip our wine while having discussions with friends. Overall a good experience, good food, service & wine selection, if only a bit pricy.View more
Last night was the first time at Rebelle Bistro but it won't be the last! We sat at the bar & had a lovely dinner. Victoria was warm & friendly, very knowledgeable about the wine & food offerings! We each had two appetizers Cesar salad, lime shrimp, soup of the night & salmon cakes. Everything was perfection! The atmosphere is very welcoming! We have already made another reservation for next Sunday to try the pasta.View more
5th time eating here. Always excellent food & service! Wine recommendations are always great. Highly recommend Rebelle Bistro!View more
Excellent atmosphere; calamari & shrimp exceptional; good wine choices, short rib & veal very good - short rib bit expensive. Worth the visit.
Unfortunately we will not go back! The food was very disappointed & expensive! Over $225.00 for 2 (only had one glass of wine)

The first time I went to Rebelle Bistro, the power went out, they still managed to serve a delicious meal, & the server was unbelievably professional. That's why I went back a second time. The service is top notch, wine list is above average for a small establishment (lots of private imports but a range of prices), & the food is excellent, albeit on the pricier side. They have Mussels & Fries & beer/wine specials on Wednesdays.View more
The food was great..flavor & presentation. Great selection of wine, even with only glass serving, local craft beer. The interior space seems tight at first for 30ish guest but it turns out ok. Would recomment & we will be back for more.View more

The food & wine were very good although the mahi-mahi was over-cooked. The service was sub-par as the waitress repeatedly passed over our dishes in the air for us to place on our table. There was little attention to detail : she never asked if we would like fresh pepper on our dishes. There was indeed a pepper mill at the table but it doesn't lend itself to a high- restaurant feel although the prices suggest that. We found the lighting to be too bright for a cozy evening meal.
I hope these suggestions are helpful to you.
It was our annual office party Christmas meal but unfortunately, I was disappointed.
Loved the food, atmosphere & service. Unfortunately, the wine list had not been updated & the wine we came in for a several others were unavailable.
Great food & the service was impeccable…the host/owner was very cordial with all patrons. The calamari were just absolutely amazing along with the mushroom arancini. A must is the beef tartare & the black cod. Great wine selection too! Merci to Antoine & his team, we will definitely return.View more
Food was great, cocktails also. Can be pricey if you have drinks, wine, apps, mains, desserts & coffee. Very crowded & very noisy so not ideal if you want a romantic dinner.

Cute place, nice decor & atmosphere. Tried the grilled octopus which is one of their signature dishes, it was well cooked but lacking in flavour, the tomatoes were the most stand out flavour in the dish. Also I kept hurting my teeth on the lentils (?) or whatever undercooked pulse/legume they put on the plate. The calamari was well seasoned & well cooked & the mushroom arancini were also good, we didn't use the marinara dipping sauce for either because it completely over took the flavour of the apps. Limited cocktail list, but lots of wine to choose from. Service was fast & friendly-ish.
Overall it was fine, but for the price I don't think I'll be a repeat customer.
Had a very nice dinner for my wife's birthday. Food was very good & service was great. Only criticism is that the prices were very high, considering the type of restaurant this is. We've eaten at many nice restaurants around Montreal, & I would have expected a bill of around $150 for a group of 3 (appetizers, wine, entrée, dessert), but our bill came to $220 (before tip), which I thought was a bit excessive. Not sure if I'll be back very soon for this reason.
It may have been an off night because they were very busy. Starting with the good: the food was good (not great). The bad: We waited over an hour for our main courses. Wine glasses were tiny (about 3 ounces) at $14 a glass. Sat outdoors & were told by waitress that heaters didn't work only to have the manager come out a half hour later & turn it on. Service sub par. Want to see them succeed as we need more good restos in the area but needs improvement for sure or it won't.
