The bubble tea was good, however the service was bad. First, it took the employee 20 minutes to take my order. I asked him three times before I got order although there weren't any customers at that time. Indeed, he chose to take other people's orders, yet pretend I wasn't there. Not only was he acting rude & ignorant, he neglected small tasks such as not giving my receipt, wearing AirPods while I was talking to him, & started rolling his eyes at him. Personally, for someone who pays the product, i expect good service & decent respect.Voir plus
