They didn't honour my the seats I booked at reservation, the food was really just ok (under seasoned), the servers were very nice but didn't know much about wine.

The dessert & wine pairing here is truly exceptional, each bite elevated by the perfectly chosen glass.
Flavors are balanced with care, showing real expertise & creativity.
The staff explains each pairing with passion, making the experience even more memorable.

On a strong recommendation from our friends who had a magnificent dining experience.. the vegetable & dessert forward menu was eclectic, creative & extremely well executed. As there were so many interesting offerings on your menu we decided to participate in the carte blanche menu. They selected five outstanding starters machines & desserts that showcased their skill & creative use of fresh seasonal ingredients. The beauty of the menu & the pacing of the meal is that by the time dessert arrived, we had just enough room after the pallet cleanser to hit the highlight of the evening! It was a steady growing crescendo of flavor all evening long! Service from our server Camille was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. We had an amazing experience & look forward to coming back again in the near future! Highly recommended!

I wasn't a fan of the dishes. While I appreciate the effort to create an experimental culinary experience, the flavor combinations didn't quite work for me. The service, however, was excellent - I'd return for that alone!

Hier, nous sommes passés dans votre restaurant dans le cadre de Montréal à la table pour célébrer notre anniversaire de fiançailles, ma copine & moi. Ça faisait un bout que je souhaitais venir sur place, que mon entourage en parle (pas assez, à la lumière de la soirée qu'on a eu hier).

Nous avons décidé d'ajouter à notre expérience le pain brioché au beurre noisette, le Medovik, ainsi que l'accord vin.

Nous avons adoré tout le menu. De manière général, les différentes textures retrouvées dans les plats généreux faisaient en sorte que chacune des bouchées étaient plaisantes. (Gros coup de coeur pour la pieuvre qui était hyper tendre dans sa sauce, le financier avec le topinambour, les tuiles de betteraves équilibrées avec l'orange & le praliné). L'accord vin était génial & venait vraiment ajouter une belle complémentarité au repas.

Un grand merci à l'équipe de la cuisine, ainsi qu'à l'équipe du service : Sandra, Delphine & Anna !

Nous avons passé une belle soirée & on revient définitivement pour l'expérience complète !
