Ramen Isshin

Ramen Isshin means “one heart, one ramen.” Our mission is to bring authentic, true ramen to the city of Toronto. Your happiness is our happiness, and we always aim to make you smile.

We offer a variety of bowls with unique flavors, textures, and tastes. We want you to experience “Isshin” and leave satisfied and smiling!

Our signature ramen is the Wok-Fried Red Miso Ramen. Each bowl starts in the wok, where a generous mix of vegetables is combined with our signature red and white miso blend, sake, and other seasonings. Tonkotsu broth is then added and brought to a high temperature before being poured over a bed of fresh noodles. This process perfectly blends all the flavors to give it the distinctive Isshin taste.

We also serve exotic ramen like Tsukemen (Dipping Ramen), our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodles, and White Sesame Shio Ramen, which set us apart from other shops in the city.

We are proud to offer a wide selection of vegetarian ramen as well as a fantastic range of appetizers.
