Ramen Isshin Pointe-Claire Restaurant: Menu, Reviews & Reserve (2026)
RamenJapaneseAsianGrillVegetarianSoupsResto-Bar

Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.

We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste.  We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!

Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok.  A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up.  Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles.  This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.

Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.

We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.

Review Summary

Reviews paint Ramen Isshin as a warm and welcoming spot with rich, satisfying broth, tender noodles, and generous portions, plus a clean, cozy ambiance. Service is repeatedly highlighted as attentive and friendly, with staff offering helpful menu guidance and accommodating preferences and allergies. The menu impresses with a range of ramen styles, from miso and shoyu to spicy red miso and tan tan, along with well prepared sides like gyoza and karaage; several say the flavors transport them toward memories of Japan. A few critiques note broth saltiness or price, and a minority felt some bowls were not as strong as others, but the overall impression is highly positive. The consensus is that Ramen Isshin is among the best ramen options in the West Island and a welcome addition to Montreal, with many planning to return and recommend it.

As a person that doesn't really enjoy Ramen, i found myself wanting more after a whole bowl here. Their ramen is great, made a non ramen lover enjoy ramen.

With some great help from our waitress with the red hair, we were able to order to our taste. She let us know that Ishin Ramen's broth style is traditionally meant to be salty & that if we ever preferred it to be less salty, we could always ask her, luckily we love salt so this step wasnt needed.

All in all a great & very enjoyable experience.

We had the red miso & garlic shoyu & were super impressed! Amazing flavour & the portion is generous. Estelle was the sweetest waitress & really helped us customize our bowls & recommend drinks we've never had. Super happy to have this new favourite ramen spot in the West Island 🤍✨

Finally tried Isshin Ramen after waiting for them to open, & it was worth it! The place is modern, cozy, & spacious.

Service was impeccable. I finally get to meet the infamous Estelle. She greeted us, explained the ramen options, & gave spot-on recommendations. She really knows her stuff.

Food was one of the closest I've had to ramen in Japan. I'd rate it 4.5/5 but rounded up to 5 because it truly deserves the support. We had the Red Miso Ramen (a little on the sweet side), Tsukemen with its perfect savory broth, plus takoyaki & a small chashu bowl. I also love that they offer a less salty option for those watching their intake.

So happy to finally have a great ramen spot in the West Island. I'll definitely be back!
