Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.
Ramen Isshin draws praise for rich broth, flavorful noodles, and generous portions, all within a clean, modern setting and a friendly, attentive staff that makes for a welcoming atmosphere. The bowls, especially the shoyu and miso varieties, are noted as delicious with well balanced toppings, while some reviewers wish the noodles were homemade and a few find the broth a touch salty; overall, guests describe consistent quality, approachable prices, and an experience worth returning for.
The staff is incredible, they explain the menu to you & it's possible to customize your meal as you wish. They go above & beyond to make sure you're happy with your food. They also had tv to watch the hockey game. Great place in the West Island

Went there last thursday. I want to start by saying how much I appreciate the service, the waitress was very kind, offered to explain the menu to me since it was my first time & asked if I wanted to modify my ramen in any way (like less salty, etc). The chicken was very good, crispy on the outside, nice & soft on the inside. The lemon was a nice addition to balance the fatness of the frying & kewpie mayo. I had the dragon ramen because I wanted something spicy. Perhaps due to my tolerance, it wasn't at all spicy, but it was very salty so I saw why the waitress asked me about it😆 The sake isn't as overpriced as ither places I've been to. Overall, can't wait to try other ramen there ☺?
The ramen here is incredibly delicious, with a rich & well-balanced flavor. It tastes very authentic, close to traditional Japanese ramen, that's not easy to find... I would definitely come back & highly recommend it !!!

We tried the classic shoyu & classic shio ramen at Ramen Isshin, & both were absolutely delicious. The broth was rich & full of flavor, the noodles were cooked perfectly, & the meat was fresh & tender. Shoutout to the chef & the entire team, the service truly stood out. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, & kept checking in to make sure we were enjoying our meal. I wish more restaurants had teams like this. Their friendliness & respect made the experience even better. The restaurant itself was super clean. We'll definitely be coming back!
My first time & I had an amazing experience. The soup was out of this world. I the person the served us was so friendly, took the time to explain the menu. I didn't take a picture of what I had because it was gone in a heart beat, but I will the next time. I loved it.im coming back baby. See you soon Estelle🫶🏼❤?🤗
The chicken nuggets were extremely dry & tough, clearly refried multiple times, overly salty, & nearly impossible to eat. They have scraped the roof of my mouth raw & left my jaw muscles sore from chewing.
