Had an amazing experience at Ramen Isshin! Huge shoutout to Estelle for the superb service - it's honestly rare to receive such personalized attention & such a warm, genuine welcome.
I was also so happy to discover shaved ice in the West Island - the matcha red bean flavor is absolutely bomb! 🍵✨
Definitely coming back again soon. Highly recommend!

The ramen here is incredibly delicious, with a rich & well-balanced flavor. It tastes very authentic, close to traditional Japanese ramen, that's not easy to find... I would definitely come back & highly recommend it !!!

We came from out of town & randomly found this restaurant while looking for some Ramen. We (2 adults & one teen) were extremely pleased with the service, a young woman taking the time to gracefully explain menu items & her favorites. The food was great! Seriously, we will drive back to the area just to come back, our new best place for Ramen (& some excellent chicken/rice bols). Highly recommend!

I visited the other night & left completely impressed. The ambiance is warm & inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The ramen was rich, flavorful, & easily some of the best I've had in the city. What really stood out, though, was the service. I had my toddler with me, & our server went out of her way to make things easier she brought a small bowl & spoon for him right away & was incredibly patient throughout our meal. Thoughtful touches like that make all the difference. Highly recommend this spot, & I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

My father & I are regulars here, every time we get great service. The ramen is the best in the west, as is the karagge. Highly recommended. Clean & fresh. Must visit.

Accompanied with 4-5 entrees that we shared
Gave us a chance to taste a little of everything
Tickets time is excellent
We loved everything we tried
