About 5 days ago, I visited with two friends after seeing the owner on TikTok. The place looked amazing online, so we were excited to try it, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
We ordered a large ice cream box with three flavors (Almond, Dulce, & Biscotti), a Bueno ice cream cake slice, & churros. When ordering the churros, we initially thought the mini ones were filled, but the staff clarified they weren't, so we changed our order to two large churros (one Nutella, one Dulce). I paid around $24 for the ice cream & cake, & my friend paid about $20 for the churros. Our third friend got an iced coffee.
The ice cream & cake were actually very good, no complaints there. However, when we went to pick up the churros, we received something different from what we ordered. At first, I thought I misunderstood, but after trying them, we realized they were incorrect.
We went back to explain, & after waiting a few minutes, they took them back to remake. That's when the situation became very uncomfortable. An older man from the back pointed at my friend in a very disrespectful way, signaling him to follow him as if he were speaking to an employee or worse. He then started arguing aggressively about the situation & was even swearing in Arabic, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable since it's our first language.
After about 10 minutes, he gave back $10, but that wasn't what we wanted, we simply wanted our correct order. A simple apology & fixing the mistake would have been enough.
It's really a shame because the desserts themselves were great, & we would have definitely come back & recommended the place. Unfortunately, the way we were treated completely changed our impression.
I have been several times to this location, it is a great spot if in need of different desserts to satisfy a group. They have many options & topping to choose from. It is a bit expensive but it is expected. The only thing is their cash counter layout is a bit confusing. As their menu & ice cream flavours are stretched across the counter, if you aren't sure of what you want & if there is a line I feel there's pressure to order quickly. Their milkshakes are good. I'm not crazy about their churro bites. Their crepes are great just very sweet, next time I would customize it to be more simple. But overall I enjoyed my times there.
The toppings on the different ice creams look very appealing but then they scoop out what's underneath & there aren't many of the fun bits that are on top. It's disappointing since it's pretty expensive. You feel like you should get more of the'good stuff'.
If you're an ice cream lover, do yourself a favour & get to this place immediately. The flavour selection is insane-like a candy store for grown-ups.
The staff is just as impressive. They're friendly, patient, & genuinely excited to help you find the perfect scoop. You can tell they care about what they do, & it makes the whole experience feel warm & welcoming.
Whether you're grabbing a quick cone or settling in for a dessert adventure, this shop absolutely nails it. Highly recommended!
I'll be the first to admit I don't have much of a sweet tooth-but I do have very high standards when it comes to ice cream. When my wife randomly picked this place, I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm so glad we came. It absolutely exceeded expectations.
The first thing that caught my eye was the beautiful display case. Each flavour is showcased with care, with real fruits & ingredients presented on top. It immediately draws you in & makes it hard to choose just one. My go-to flavour is usually rum & raisin, & I was impressed to see the raisins displayed so perfectly. But what really stood out was the guava ice cream. I hadn't had guava in years, so I gave it a try-& it was incredible. You could actually taste the fresh fruit, right down to that subtle natural graininess that real guava has. When I asked the owner, he explained that all the ice creams are made fresh daily at a nearby location, & you can truly taste that freshness & authenticity.
My family tried a variety of flavours: my wife had tiramisu, my mom had a milkshake, & my daughter had bubble gum. Each one impressed in its own way. The tiramisu was creamy & rich, the milkshake had a nice thickness (not watery like so many places), & while I wasn't a fan of bubble gum myself, my daughter loved it-& happily sampled everyone else's flavours too!
What really makes this place special is the quality & freshness of the ice cream. It's rare to find a shop where you can taste the true essence of the fruit or flavour you order, but this one delivers. I'll definitely be back soon-especially to finally try that rum & raisin.
Highly recommended if you love authentic, flavourful ice cream made with care.

Fantastic desserts with phenomenal options (very original flavours). Their soft ice cream is the best I've ever had. The ricotta & pistachio gelato was absolutely incredible. Warm owners. Highly recommend.

This might very well be the best Gelato I've ever had probably anywhere.. including Italy. I tried the Mango sorbet, Cappucino, Dulce de Lece & pistacchio & they're all equally authentic & of obviously great quality. In speaking to the part owner you could tell they are very passionate about what they do here & using quality ingredients & keeping to the traditional way of making gelato. There are many gelato/ice cream places on the island but gelato this good is very rare to find here & I'm definitely coming back with friends & family.

An absolutely fantastic gelato ice cream parlour! One of the best that I have ever tasted. The staff is really friendly & generous especially the lady owner (I think), she is very generous with the scoops. LOL Being in this shop is like in ice cream paradise!! They let you taste anything you want so you are free to let your taste buds to go on an adventure & expand your repertoire of known ice cream flavours. The parlour is so creative that almost anything can be made into an ice cream. The flavour is rich & true to its description & yet not overpowering, clammy & does not leave an aftertaste in the mouth afterwards. The taste is clean & light & just divine!! The only thing that you need to watch out for is that once you finish your ice cream, you are going to want to have another scoop. LOL & with all the flavours there on display behind pristine clean oversized display windows beckoning you, it's really easy to just get up & go to the counter to just get one more scoop of a different flavour. The place is conveniently located in a mall with ample parking spaces so you will never want to leave. & the place stays open until 11:00 PM (even during holidays), later than many restaurants so at whatever hour that you have a craving for ice cream, it's there for you.
Best dessert experience I've had in Montreal! Staff is super welcoming & helpful. Unsure of which gelato flavour to get? Ask for a sample! The assortment of flavours is out of this world! The churros are mouth-watering & the crepes make you drool. Imagine having the choice of being served a churro 5 different ways. Some are even stuffed with ooey-gooey sauces! Whether you want sorbet, gelato or soft served ice cream, Radikal is your dream pit stop! The different coffees, milkshakes, teas & drinks are unique to their two locations! They have delicious cookie dough creations, sundays & blizzards. The amount of toppings & flavours is out of this world! Would 100% recommend if you live in Montreal! It's in the West Island but is worth the drive no matter where you are coming from.
This kind of place, well located but unfortunately not that visible, but which deserves to be know.
The staff is very nice. I talked to the owner, very friendly & passionate.
He claims that his churros are'the best in North America'.
I can't argue, because they were the best I ever had.
As for the ice cream, they are amazing, so many choices & I had the chance to taste many of them. Quality & taste all here.
