This is one of our favorite treats. It seems they are also a victim of shrinkflation, where they are much smaller than they used to be, even with over of the lowest possible food costs. The simple & limited products somehow takes very long to order & then get served? Some very simple "innovations" can go a long way.Voir plus

I recently went to this location, & I had such an extraordinary experience. In retrospect, this is one of the best locations for Beaver Tails there is in Montreal. The service was wonderful, to say the least. During my visit, I noticed that the employees were always smiling & engaging in conversation. I was a little indecisive, but they had splendid suggestions showing their remarkable customer service, & a plus was that the store was super clean.Voir plus

Overall, the service was good, & I only recommend this location for takeout. Don't expect to find a place to sit & enjoy your order. There are only a couple of stools, a bench, & a Muskoka chair under their sign "Bonjour my sweet." The washroom is badly placed in front of the service counter.Voir plus

Aufgrund der Bewertungen hier eingekehrt. Es war kein Fehler, aber auch kein Erfolg. Der Boden klebte vor der Theke. Das Personal strahlte Gleichgültigkeit aus. Das Essen war Austauschbar, ohne Würze und Einzigartigkeit. (Poutine Standard). Der Shake war sehr, sehr, sehr süß.Voir plus

I initially left a poor review because my Uber Eats order was canceled at the last minute by the restaurant. However, the owner promptly responded, explaining their limited control over Uber Eats & offering to rectify the situation via email. This response showed their commitment to customer service & reputation. I believe it was just a mix-up & don't want to unfairly hurt the business, especially since I didn't get to try their Beaver Tails.Voir plus
