The portions are very small, not only when It comes to meat( even when you pay extra, not just half-half). But also when it comes to vegies, e.g. tomato, onions,…etc. I usually take the 2-meat bowl & recently, the guy was putting one scoop of tomato, onions, cheese, … etc usually they put more. I also heard the manager gave hard time to a lady telling her that she put too much ground beef & warned her for next time. It is too much greed, & compromising the customer satisfaction. If you do not satisfy the customer & he walks away hungry & disappointed then you lose him. I will never go back there again, learn how to satisfy customers first before you become the owner of a restaurant & do not try to be too smart.
Used to be a regular, but this time i come in & the lady working doesnt even know how to wrap a burrito & she claims cause I asked to add too much (I only asked for a bit more lettuce, onions & one more line of sauce) she cant qrap it properly then blames it on me & just dumps everything inside onto a new tortilla. I ask for some chipotle sauce on the side & the owner tells me its extra & ive never had to pay for sauce on the side, he cant even tell me the price & its not even shown on the menu as a side. As im eating the burrito, it lost all the sauce from the transfer to the new tortilla & it doesnt taste good. So I tell him that ill grab a sauce extra & he cant even tell me how much it costs since obviously he doesnt even know & he just gives mea little bit & rants about how my burrito was already too big even though I never asked the worker to stuff it with all that rice. Additionally the owner tells me he fired the workers who would give out sauce on the side, even though clearly, no where is mentioned that its extra. Clearly he's getting greedy & its ridiculous. Used to come here as my go to definitely never coming back after this. Real let down

Fresh & tasty option for fast food - very filling / satisfying. I went to Quesada for the first time only a couple of weeks ago & have been back 5-6 times already. It's such a nice change of pace from burgers & fries & DEFINITELY a lot healthier.
I went for a burrito in the morning to start my day & Victoria was so kind & friendly. She took great care of me, & my burrito tasted delicious-truly the best!
I had a fantastic experience at this location! The customer service was efficient, & even though it was busy, they were able to accommodate my allergies without any issues. The staff are hardworking, friendly, & always maintain a smile, & they get the order right every single time.
The food is always fresh & well-made, & the place is clean & inviting. I would definitely be returning, & this has become my favorite location. No complaints at all - I'm very happy with my experience!
Food is really good here, this is easily the best Quesada locations out of all I've been too before, definitely recommend it. Super good food & the staff are super friendly.
