Copier le code du widgetToday I went about three pm and ordered a thali. It took them twenty minutes to serve me when I was the only customer. The vegetables were far from satisfactory. The rotis were cooked by some inexperienced person as they looked like tandoori rotis and were half baked. After I complained they replaced by good rotis grudgingly. They didn't even explain or apologize for the bad rotis. Then I ordered one pound besan barfi as takeaway. Reaching home when we tasted it, we found it stale as if it has been made weeks ago. It didn't even taste as besan barfi. Besides, the person serving was far from courteous. I will never ever go to Pushap at boulevard des sources again.
Great place, great value for your money! (6$ Thali) usually always good vegetarian Indian cuisine, however I heard they got fined for unclean cooking practices. I hope they clean up and change that.
Pas cher.
Nourrissant et bien assaisonné.
Ambiance correcte.
Attente un peu trop longue.
Tres bonne nourriture indienne! Frais et epice le plat de thali ma beaucoup impressionne!
I am Indian so I know how real Indian food taste like, and Pushap has bad Indian food. Food doesn't taste good and look or smell nothing like Indian food. There are way better Indian restaurants.
Pushap @ Sources in DDO offers good food at realy good prices. Their samosas and tamarind sauce are the best in town, the daily special (Thali) is tasty and really good value and the Chana Bhatura and Pakora at this restaurant could be habit forming :).
This is the best Indian food in the city. And it varies from one Pushap to the other; the DDO one is the best from my experience.
Their samosas are the best and are an incredible bargain! The portions are generally large, and very inexpensive. The only problem is sometimes the service is slow. But I have noticed a change for the better as of late.
We have eaten in, but prefer taking out.
If you're taking out, make sure to order a good 20 minutes before.
Meals for 2-4 people for takeout are always below 10$ per person (tax and tip included).
Enjoyed every aspect of this restaurant from food to service. The decor is simple but you go here for the food. Authentic at it's best!
I love this place. I love the samosa/pakora combo & the thali plates are always amazing.
Also, you can't beat the price. With tip, it is always less than 20$!!!
really great samosa's, and any other dish you take is just as good. plus the best part is their desserts, which they boast a large selection thereof. the prices are great too.
Best samosas, pakoras, sweets, and ... heck, it's all great! And very inexpensive. I've been eating there for almost 20 years and go back almost every week. Always very satisfied! Owner likes to hear your comments too. My favorite place to eat.
the best somosas and pakoras in town.try also the chaat papri.
