So good & such great prices. Usually take Saag Paneer, Basmati rice, Naan bread, Samosas & Pekoras. Great service. Highly recommended!
Best Indian restaurant in Montreal hands down. Fed my wife & I with leftovers for 30$. The samosas are amazing. The papadam was delicious. Everything was fresh & flavorful.
Great vegetarian indian cuisine. Great service, great food, & very reasonable prices. The samosas & pakoras are delicious with their homemade sauces.
There almost always a free table to sit down, & you're served within a few minutes at most if they're busy, or pretty much instantly otherwise. Service is courteous & friendly, & the food is really good. The thali dish on its own is plentiful enough for a good meal, & for less than $15 it's quite the bargain.
You can also pick up samosas for cheap on your way out, so really worth it.
Only samosa is good but other meals/dishes are so less spice that it didn't taste any good for me..
Sweets are very delicious . Samosa & pagoda well cook . Price it was good😊
The best Chai tea in town, amazing sweets, & best samosas in town. I always find my way back.
If you're ever in the mood of buying 12 samosas for a whole family, look no further! $10 for 12 at such beautiful taste is a bargain.
The best samosas in town! Also their shahi paneer is finger licking good!
A long-standing institution that continues to welcome & serve its community with its flavorful, affordable & nutritious vegetarian dishes
The aroma of hundreds of fresh samosas fill the airs of dining room & a window display covered in desserts greet you once stepped through the doors of the restaurant. The food is unpretentious & embodies all that is comfort.
Even after ten years, the food remains just as good & heartwarming as the first time I remember having the pleasure to eat it. The palak paneer is deliciously aromatic & earthy. The baingan bharta is lightly spiced & deeply sweet from the slow-cooked onions. The chapati is crispy on the outside, & wonderfully fluffy & chewy on the inside.
Regardless of what you order, I assure you will be well taken care of. Just be mindful that Pushap accepts cash only.
The place i buy samosa. I haven't eaten yet maybe very soon.....
As someone who has reviewed some of the best & expensive Indian restos in MTL, Pushap gets my seal of approval. They have the best samosas on the island imo. They only cost like 8$ for a dozen, totally great price. Everyone knows this place for their samosas. They also have sweets & you can sit at the restaurant & try some indian cuisine. Their food is also really good for the price you pay, which is very cheap for all the food you get. Totally worth eating here, their Thali's & everything is really good. Only downside is the resto size, they need to expand their restaurant, they barely have space for a semi big line. It is not good. Heads up only accept debit &/or cash but if you do on Uber Eats you can pay by credit card too.
When it comes to vegetarian Indian pushap is the place to go to. I've been going to since it open , same owner same & 90s place with somewhat of an upgrade. But the food is alway good. One of the best places in Montreal to get samosas & sweets still.
A staple of montreal. been coming here for years! best samosa chat & chana bhatura ! sweets are also the best! highly recommend
I've been coming here for samosas for over a decade & that means something, you can get a dozen at a great price. I recommend going earlier because they run out. The restaurant also offers a variety of delicious dishes & sweets. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, but parking outside is limited.
Some of the best samosas I have ever had, great other options too, the employees are very kind & offer good service.
Just wow!! Family owned, & the owner is very nice. He's very helpful & accommodating for changing the combos.
We've had, Vegetable samosa, Aloo tiki, Paneer pokata, Eggplant pokora.
The aloo tiki has a special flavor, hits you with the species on the first bite & then more spices in the after taste but then you love it!
yum yumm! i cant even explain . if the food still taste in you mouth means i am in love ! with samosas with sweets with aloo puri omg ! mouth watering must try!
The best chana bhatura in town. The dish tastes just like homemade. Also, samosa & pakoras are good here. &, never miss on having tea here. Although, their paranthas could have more filings. Servers are friendly & I never had any service issue here.
Low key, service is prompt & efficient but only friendly if they know you. Quick turn around & at lunch you might share a table with strangers. The bathroom, as well as the whole restaurant, really, are sometimes in need of a bit of cleaning.... But the FOOD. My favorite indian place. Its good & its cheap. Most people order the thali plate... Samosas are very good too. & you can be in anf out in 30 mins. Oh & they have a full indian dessert bar....
